  Seems to be a trend here. Gave me the wrong order. Good thing I looked. The coke was flat. My sub tasted stale and hard. The place was very dirty.

  Only one person working in the store. This gentleman wore the same gloves to make sandwiches and ring up orders. Gloves were covered in mayo and oil. Went from line to register back to line without changing gloves or washing hands. 330 pm on Monday 3/30/26

  The service was terrible! Very rude to my fiance. No ice, and impolite when we notified them. Acted as if we should know our food was done without telling us. Then we're very impatient telling us that it was ready.

  I order from JJ’s all the time and wanted to give a tip to the sandwich makers. I called the one I order from the most-Watertown Rd. Avery was the guy that answered and he let me know that their delivery person didn’t show up so he didn’t know when it would be delivered. I gave him my sandwich order and he delivered it himself! And the sandwiches he said he made himself & they were perfect. He even threw in a cookie! Thanks for making my day Avery! P.S. Jimmy John’s should make it easier to tip their employees for their service.
