  Walked in to the most awkward quiet jimmy johns, barely acknowledged my order, barely put any lettuce on my wrap, then someone else finally got off their phone to ring me up. Terrible service, not coming back to this location again.

  Employees have no communication skills, aren’t friendly. When you walk in they don’t even recognize your presence.

  When making a catering order of 5 boxes of 1/3 rd sandwiches you would think the base sandwiches would be the 15" long so your ordering a box of 18- 5" sandwiches, but no, they call a 1/3 like 2 inches long. This didn't feed my crew barely at all and everyone left early because there wasn't enough food. Be specific on the size of the sandwiches so people can plan accordingly, the staff you had working looked like the walking dead and to think I tipped like $40 for this. What a rip off.

  Jimmy John's is are go to sandwich shop. They are located all over the state and are fast and friendly every time! Plus they offer a wide variety of subs from hot to cold wraps too! Love the bread!!
