  Ordered a catering meal for 15 people… They gave us 12 taco shells. Called the store 6-7 times over next half hour and nobody answers. It’s a 20 minute drive, so we didn’t go back. I will update if anything changes after calling in to customer service. Would not order again from this location and by looking at other reviews, this location seems to have many issues

  I'm not big on reviews but I'm officially done with this location. Chicken tasted like it was a day old and cold. The queso was cold. The burrito looked like it was made by a 2 year old. The chips were definitely multiple days old. The guac was awful and the service was unprofessional at the window. Done.

  Very rude ignorant workers here. The pitiful portions are the least of the problems. They mess up orders and don’t even apologize act like you are inconveniencing them. A employee was making me my bowl I asked for DOUBLE chicken mind you it’s 4$ more for some little ah scoop and a manager RUDE female says watch your portions 🤣 mam get back to the grill and mind your paycheck

  Mostly a standard chipotle but both times the food has been not very warm. They rush you through without giving you a second to realize that they’ve shorted you a good chunk of food. My wife’s bowl had a pathetic amount of food compared to mine and we ordered the same thing.

  Gave this Chipotle location two more chances, tonight alone. Ordered on Doordash, first order was completely wrong. I know it wasnt the dashers fault, as the bag was labeled with my name but all the food items were a different customers name. Obviously im going to look in the bag and see if theres anything in it that id be willing to eat. They were all kids sized burritos - i ordered a double chicken protein burrito. Doordash refunds me, so I order it again. Surprise - the food was correct but it was another miniature burrito. Thats when I realized it wasnt a kids burrito. It was a legit full burrito, just about the size of my phone (which is not a large phone). Again, I had a DOUBLE protein burrito. The doordash receipt / bag mixup isnt the first time I've experienced that at this Chipotle location. I've gotten wrong orders, missing items, all the things. The drastic smaller size of the burritos that i noticed today is definitely a first. I've been going to Chipotle since I was in high school in Illinois in 2013. Being a doordasher myself as well, I know the dasher are not supposed to look in the bag, so the restaurant needs to know what they're doing - and they clearly don't.
