  They didn’t bring my food at all and haven’t refunded my money for the delivery days later. If you call chipotle customer service they are in India and could care less. Chipotle claims zero responsibility for what door dash does. The driver I know was eating my food. There is no direct number to talk with anyone at this location. Door dash doesn’t care what happens either. Chase claims is trying to reverse my stolen money and food.

  I often visit the Chipotle in Pewaukee, I think it's time to take the extra 10 min and head to Qdoba. The burrito I grabbed tonight had little if any protein, cheese and 🥑. It had plenty of rice and beans, should of stayed home and made a bowl of rice, wrapped up tortilla with beans it. The other thing that is very unwelcoming is the chairs on the tables 2 hours before closing and the food already taken out of the serving area and put on the counter behind so they can start cleaning up ( 2 hours before). This is the third incident like this over the last month and a half. I hope someone reads this but I doubt it.

  Ordered a burrito with Sofritas as the protein, and I instead got a burrito bowl with no Sofritas at all, also ordered for it to be double wrapped and got no tortilla at all. Is it really that hard to read an order receipt and tell a difference between a burrito & a burrito bowl. Whoever made my order needs a reading comprehension class it seems. Plus, the girl at the window who helped us was emotionless and couldn’t find it in herself to say a simple goodbye or hello. Sad excuse for a Chipotle honestly. At least they got the toppings right that I ordered for my burrito.

  Stopped in for a quick to go lunch, disappointed for the quality of the meat, most of the meat in my burrito was chewy, greasy, and rubbery. I didn’t enjoy any of that in my mouth. I will not go back to this location.

  Normally I would let a lot of stuff slide because I know that most fast food places these days are understaffed, but today I had to leave a review. I was eating my bowl, bit down and heard a crunch. Turns out it was a piece of glass. Like I said, I get places are understaffed or whatever, but missing a piece of glass is a glaringly bad mistake. I will probably have to avoid going to this location in the future because this could have turned into a serious medical emergency.
