- AHAmber HirschDec 14, 20251.0Google maps hours listed are wrong, came to the store for dessert for my family only to find it closed. I called to see if maybe the drive thru was open. When I mentioned the hours being wrong I got some excuse about Google needing to contact the business to change the hours but that they are posted on the door. The hours on the website have the store closing at 8pm on Sundays and opening at 4:30am all but one day. Folks often look up store hours BEFORE driving to a place. Unfortunately my son was looking forward to his dessert very much tonight but there is just too much conflicting information to be trusted.

The doors were locked but 2 employees were in there. They looked but would not come over. The sign said the lobby closed at 8PM. Online stated that the store closes at 8 PM. I called and was told that the lobby closes at 7:45 PM but the drive through is open. I go to the drive through to order the sundae and they say no, you can only get coffee. Unbelievable!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
