I have never seen such a poor example of an employee. As a past foodservice worker myself I could totally understand some things but the attitude I saw and received by your employee “willow” I’m not sure that was thier name, as it looked like he stole a name tag. Not only was he being an absolute jerk to his coworkers and customers , he was on his phone almost the whole time wondering around. Do you know how gross phones are?? Does anyone in your establishment even have a food safety license? If so I really doubt they would have allowed an employee to be on thier phone in a food area.

VERY disappointed! My husband and I went here and we waited at least 10 mins and we were never acknowledged. We had one employee with a mop and bucket right by the cash register look right us and then go to the back and didn't come back out even after she had just helped someone before us. Another employee was in the back and looked right at us and then walked away to take care of to go orders. I normally love this place and have a good experience, but this was not good. So we went somewhere else.

Title: Sticky Tables, Dirty Hands, and $36 for Soup… No Thanks I wish I had never stepped inside Panera Bread. After this experience, I won’t even use the drive-thru. The only positive? The ladies making our food were pleasant. Unfortunately, that’s where it ended. At the register, the cashier seemed more focused on being loud and “entertaining” than actually providing good service. It came off awkward and uninviting—not funny, just uncomfortable. Then I noticed someone handling bread without gloves. That alone was enough to raise concerns. We were given a loud buzzer (fine), but then my name was also shouted across the restaurant—so what’s the point? Before our food arrived, I used the bathroom. The floor was sticky and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. When I came back, my husband had already moved us because the first table was dirty. The second table? Also sticky—our plates literally stuck to it. We even saw another couple leave their table for the same reason. At the drink station, an employee with visibly dirty, sticky hands was handing out cups. That was the final straw. To top it all off, we never even received our drink cups from the cashier—he was too busy putting on a show. And then the bill hit: $36 for two bowls of soup, a grilled cheese, and two small drinks. For that price, cleanliness and basic service shouldn’t be optional. Never again.

My husband and I have enjoyed coffee and food at this location. However, the recent poor condition of the dining room is so off-putting that we no longer stop. The tables are sticky (the finish) and very worn. The carpet definitely needs replaced. Why does this level of inattention happen? There are several other places we now go to so we can enjoy our coffee dates.

I am constantly wondering what these employees are doing especially in the drive-through. Counting three cars in the parking lot two behind me waiting damn near almost 20 minutes for a piece of avocado toast. And then when handed to me, the employee is acting like I’m the inconvenience. Not just one or two times, every single time. Crazy.
