  This place is truly awful; it was very dirty. My wife and I went there for dinner, and while eating in the dining area, we noticed just how filthy the place was. Meanwhile, the employees—instead of cleaning—were chatting, joking around, and laughing, even though there were no customers placing orders. What’s most intolerable is that there are four CCTV cameras, yet the managers apparently don't care that the place is dirty. I won't be eating here again; I’d rather give my money to a cleaner restaurant.

  Thank you for reminding me why I will never step foot in another Chipolte. The staff was incredibly rude to me and my partner when ordering. The woman taking our order was literally just throwing ingredients around, some of them actually made it into our orders. The guy who took our payment was equally rude and got irritated that we asked to add chips and a drink to our meal. Both staff continued to have an attitude when a small group of people walked in to order after us. The food prep and counters where coated in gross spillage and just left messy. There was a literal layer of food everywhere in the lobby. (Floors, tables, chairs). We left shortly after getting our food and trying dine-in. Threw out about 3/4 of my meal because it made me nauseous thinking of eating in such a disgusting place.

  I generally enjoy chipotle. But this location specifically is awfull 1. Restraunt has an aufull layout. 2. Staff was rude. The lady that made my burrito looked disgusted that i would interrupt her day by ordering food. 3. By far the dirtiest restraunt i have ever been in. There was food all over the floor and counter. To an extent i can understand things getting messy during a rush, but when we walked in we were the only people there and the staff was standing arround talking.

  This Chipotle has potential. The younger adults would be phenomenal if there were good managers. One manager, with black hair and rosy cheeks, is the most incompetent one. One time, it was busy, she was mad because the young man wanted to change the pan(which was right to do). Instead, she wanted him to reuse a dirty pan. Today, July 26, 2026, the same manager refused to help her employee with a customer. She stated, “I’m shredding”. The steak meat was cut into big strips with an abnormal taste. Plus, whoever prepped the steak, supposed to cut the fat off.

  They desperately need to get an entire new staff, usually chipotle being one of my favorite places to eat, this location is garbage, the food is always bad and wrong and always needing to get it remade, the employees are rude and unprofessional, just had an order had to get it remade and not only were they rude about it but it was STILL wrong after being remade, and we brought back the food that was wrong and watched the employee with gloves that is making the food go into our bag of food that we are returning (the food isn’t even allowed to go back let alone them touching the food that left) and then proceeded to continue making food with the same gloves :) never eating at this location again thank you
