  Floors were filthy by the soda machine. There was dried soda everywhere, very sticky walking for the next twenty feet. Several different types of soda spills on the counter, trash lay and on a counter.No ketchup in the dispenser, rugs were filthy. One of the staff members was very loud. I could hear their whole conversation, not appropriate.

  Mid at best, the food was okay. But the workers did not let my 28 year old son with down syndrome use the playplace.

  Normally I don’t have issues. Lady with the fun hair is amazing and makes my morning commute delightful. I travel an hour to work half of my week and on those days my company pays for my breakfast if it’s under $8. I order a Small Coke with my meal and get 10c upcharge. This morning they tell me they’re out of small and can do medium. But I see 40c upcharge for medium and know this puts me over my $8. I asked why not charge me for a small and give me a medium? HERES THE ISSUE. I don't know if it was a language barrier or a logistics issue but she says (reminder: this is not the lady with the fun hair) “I can charge you for a small and give you an empty cup.” I asked what did she mean (because it sounded a little sassy) and she said something similar but with a full attitude this time. I argued back, Why not charge me for a small (or refund me 30c different) because you’re out? An empty cup? Excuse me? Her argument was that I wanted a medium so I get charged for medium. I WANT A SMALL. YOU ARE OUT. I was over it and pulled forward. Apologized to the nicer lady at the pay window who usually takes my order with a cheery disposition, but got there too early today and got the crabby lady instead. Crabby lady definitely did a walk by the window and give me a stinky look. Crap service today.

  Truly Mediocre. They get the order wrong more often than they get it right. I can't remember the last time I went to this place and didn't have an issue with my order. Every single time, my bag is either missing an item or one of the items is wrong. I'm sick of wasting my money here.

  Had to ask me what my order was when I got to the window cause they are completely unorganized. And on top of it got the entire order wrong drink and all right after me telling the lady in the window what I ordered…
