  Not a lot of food out on the buffet line, but ordered pizzas were fast and fresh, plates left on the table for quite a while which could be difficult with larger parties, most staff was friendly and helpful. Interested to see how the new owners do if they can turn it around or if it’s too far gone

  I recently visited Pizza Ranch and had such a great experience that I felt like I had to leave a review. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to help. The restaurant was clean, well organized, and had a comfortable family atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. The food was outstanding. The pizza buffet had a huge variety of options, and everything tasted fresh and hot. I especially loved how often they brought out new pizzas, so there was always something different to try. The crust was perfectly cooked, the toppings were generous, and the flavors were excellent. They even accommodated special requests quickly, which really showed how much they care about customer satisfaction. The chicken was another highlight of the visit. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor — easily some of the best restaurant chicken I’ve had in a long time. The sides and salad bar were also fresh and fully stocked, and the dessert pizzas were amazing. The cactus bread was absolutely delicious and worth saving room for. What really stood out most was the customer service. Employees checked in often, kept the dining area spotless, and made sure everyone had what they needed. You can tell the team works hard to create a positive experience for every guest. It’s refreshing to visit a place where both the food and the service consistently exceed expectations. Overall, Pizza Ranch delivered an excellent dining experience from start to finish. Great food, friendly staff, clean environment, and an incredible selection make this one of the best family restaurants around. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food and outstanding service. Five stars all the way!

  We always have a great experience at this Pizza Ranch. Today was the same. Cece was the best and made our meal even more enjoyable with her friendly customer service. Food was also good and restaurant was very clean.

  We had a wonderful dinner at Oostburg Pizza Ranch. Cece is delightful! She made our family night out great. The new steak and onion pizza was delicious which Cece recommended. We enjoyed the new icecream machine too! The twist cones were delicious! The kids loved the new arcade as well. We will be back again!

  Jim was incredibly friendly and hospitable for our group of High Schoolers from First Reformed in Cedar Grove. The food was amazing - the service incredible. 100/100!!! Thank you Jim and the incredible team at Pizza Ranch!
