The only thing they are helping with in this area is making their competitors seem better. I even begged my significant other to give this place another try. I was wrong.

Mistakes happen, don't be a dick about it. Guess I'll keep going to Toppers. Edit : Return visit has yielded better service, will continue to adjust review if trend continues.
