  Pizza had hair we found in it. I have gal 20.13 for a pizza cost of 13.13 and instead of $7 back she gave me $6.80 so I was overcharged and she obviously doesn't know how to count money and should not be in that position

  I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Papa John’s. The customer service was terrible, and the management seemed completely unprepared to handle customers professionally. Orders were being messed up, and there didn’t seem to be any urgency to fix mistakes. What concerned me the most was the lack of basic sanitation. I observed employees walking around and handling food without washing their hands, and some weren’t even wearing aprons. Cleanliness should be a top priority in any restaurant, especially one serving food to the public. I understand it’s “just another pizza shop,” but that’s not an excuse for poor hygiene, disorganized management, and bad customer service. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I hope management takes these issues seriously because they need significant improvement.

  The delivery folks are so great. The food is well papa John's but if you want great delivery they deliver. Zero issue and I do like the bone in chicken wings. Very high praise for the drivers. Papa you have a staff that rocks.

  Jonah and carrissa were exceptional and flexible. Last minute they helped me create a pizza for my picky eaters and were very patient with me. Thank you for being the best.
