  We ordered inside it took over an hour to get our order. And the food was not good at all. And the service was horrible.

  DO NOT GO HERE!!! Made an online order and followed pickup time exactly. Go to the drive through speaker and say my order name and get a “We’ll get to it when we can”. Both cars ahead of me leave after about 20 minutes, neither with their food. I make it to the window and there is nobody there. I waited longer because I had already paid, After a total of 45 minutes (so 20 minutes at the window never being acknowledged) a lady comes up and asked me to park in a waiting spot because 3 cars were behind me in line, no eta on the food. I asked for a refund and was told to contact customer support so I just left with no food. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

  The service was terrible. The guy taking our order was rude when asking if I wanted a small or large Mac n cheese when the menu says cup or bowl. The cooks forgot to add bacon and avocado to the BLT with avocado sandwich and made a fuss about having to remake it. Very unprofessional and rude. We will not be coming back.

  I went today to pickup my mom food, I had ordered half a salad and a cup of soup. There was two cars ahead of me and after they left, I was the only one. I waited for my food for a half an hour after waiting in line a decent amount of time, numerous people looked at me but nobody checked on me, and after waiting a half hour got asked to pull forward after waiting for this long. This was awful and I will not be coming back.
