There is about a dozen people just standing/sitting (no food) here in the restaurant that have all been waiting for their food order. 2 people I talked to said they had been there over an 1.5 hours! And looking through the stupid app there's no way to cancel my order!!! I would not have made the order in the first place if I would have known when I checked-out on the app, the app showed it was going to say a 30 minute wait, but in hindsight 30 minutes would have been great! My particular Five Guys has always been off, but the "buy one get one" for Cheeseburger Day is/was absolutely not worth it! Saw lots of people walk in to order, but the staff had shut the register down. The staff did not even acknowledge customers who walked-in standing at the register! And people were leaving mad... The Staff had not been taking orders since before we walked in at 7:05pm! The cook making the burgers just chew out a customer that had been waiting an hour he said. The old guy walked up to the counter and asked the cook how much longer, and got chewed out by the cook! And I'm not even joking, Video attached. Update: Ordered at 7:05pm, didn't get our food until 8:25pm! Then the burger wasn't even good, meat not seared & falling apart, bun was rock hard from sitting on the grill for over an hour that I saw...and was missing 2 toppings! How our location stays in businesses beyond me....

She put everything on the sandwich i didnt want. I dont want to use the race card at all but she seems a little racist too. I think it was done purposely. The other food was good but im not eating her no more.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
