    I pre ordered a small blizzard and two shakes. I was informed that my stuff was ready, yet I had to wait 25 minutes to get my stuff. Very poorly managed. It makes me want to never come back. There are pull up lanes. Use them!

    We have been to this place quite a few times, mostly through the driveup, but this time there were a couple of cars in line and we decided to go inside to get a Blizzard and Dilly Bar. There seemed to be 4 or 5 people working and three of them in the driveup window area. The other two were wiping their hands or walking back and forth. There were no other customers in the store. We waited over 5 minutes during which time, no one looked at us or acknowledged our presence even though nearly everyone staff member walked right past us several times. At that point I told my wife that if no one waited on us in the next two minutes that we go somewhere else. In all, we only ended up wasting about ten minutes of time between parking and waiting inside, so we left and as expected by then, no one appeared to notice or care that we left without being waited. I donā€™t think we are hard to please or have expectations that they would drop what they were doing to take care of us, but the fact that no one seemed to have the slightest interest in a couple of customers means they are either bad hires or badly managed. There really is no excuse for that.

    Employees are a bunch of teenagers that dont care about efficiency and use profanity at front counter. Sat looking at my order for about 10 minutes before Employees even started severing it.
