  Probably the grossest food establishment I’ve ever been to. Doors were filthy with fingerprints, food preparation table was littered with toppings, food quality looked questionable, my lettuce had brown on it. ALL of the trashcans were overflowing with food on the floor. I had to wipe off my table with my hand before sitting down, food freaking EVERYWHERE. I hope I don’t get food poisoning later. Then, I went to the bathroom before leaving, and the women’s bathroom was out of toilet paper. So I went into the men’s single stall because no one was in there. POOP SMEARED ON THE WALL! I grabbed the TP and quickly went back to the women’s. I wish I had just gone down the road to the Kwik trip or something. The toilet paper was wet. Then the sink faucet looked like it was about to come out of the sink. It was laughable at that point. I see from other reviews that people are saying the same thing about this restaurant. Chipotle, when are you going to do something about this? The people have spoken.

  I went here for the first time today and the employees were friendly and patient with me. Thank you for amazing customer service!

  I've never had guacamole that was so salted and brown with no red onions. Not a 1. I couldn't even eat the large I ordered. I told the guy no chips but they were in my bag with the charge. Bowl was good but very skimpily put together. Don't think I'll be back to this location. Employees were rude as well. Nasty looks and under the breath comments. Chipotle should be ashamed of those employees.

  Haven’t tried the food yet but the staff is rude! The guy checked me out asked if I wanted a bag and I said yes and he put my burrito in the bag and slapped it down on the counter. No thank you or have a nice day just turned away from me.

  This is the second time we've been to the Onalaska Chipolte. The first time we left because it was so filthy. That was about two years ago. We went tonight hoping the Management cleaned it up. It was worse. Every table had rice, lettuce, broken chips, etc on not only the table top, the chairs and floors were also full of food. The preparation area was filthy with food debris, the waste basket overflowing onto the floor by the register, the staff (five people) were all unfriendly and uneager to do more than what wass necessary to fulfill our order. The entrance doors and windows were full of fingerprints and dust. I've been to a number of Chipotles in other cities amd have never see anything like this. Needless to say, we're not going back.
