  Took forever to have a waitress take our order. Our waitress helped a table of 20+ before us and another waitress helped a party of 4 seated after us. Ordered cheese curds, didn’t get them. Daughter ordered Mac n cheese and they gave her grilled cheese. Not even busy besides the party of 20. Great food, poor service.

  When we come in as party of 6 and there is open seats every where. The server chats and we over hear she doesn't want to wait on a big table. We get asked if we want to wait 5-7 minutes....for what reason? When they are hesitant about open seats and asks us to wait because the server doesn't want us. That is to bad because the tip you could've potentially had....Manny's server made about $50 tonight from us. As we leave you suddenly try and change your mind? This location needs a hard lesson on hospitality and customer service!

  Taylor is easily the worst waitress I’ve ever had from any restaurant. Not only did she get the order wrong we didn’t even have our food for 10 minutes before being rushed out the door. Every 2 minutes asking about the checks when our plates are still full of food… wouldn’t come back if I knew she’s still working there. I hope it’s just a bad apple and not a rotten tree.

  Está noche quise comer ahy como de costumbre pero fue horrible la bartender me atendió pésimo cuando le pedí algo de tomar después quise ordenar y nunca me atendió pasaba y me ignoraba vaya nunca me volteo a ver y me moleste mucho pésimo de servicio el de esta noche😤😤

  Went last night and waited 5 min just to be acknowledged. They weren't even busy. Then we went to order and our waitress told us they were out of: mozzarella sticks, fries, and tater tots. Like how? The crazy thing is, this isn't the first time! This is the 3rd time in under a year we have gone and they're out of fries. The last time they were also out of burgers. Ridiculous! Whoever is the manager needs to get it together or quit. We won't be returning. Enough is enough. That place is going to be out of business soon if they don't figure it out.
