  Not only did I order a Cheesy Gordita Crunch with nacho cheese and receive a sad little Doritos Locos Taco instead… but my Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes arrived in what looked like a DIY plastic engineering project because apparently y’all ran out of lids and decided to use half the recycling bin to transport three potatoes. And those potatoes? CRISPY. HARD. Like I was one bite away from filing a dental claim. There was not a soft potato in sight. My root beer tasted like someone whispered “root beer” into a cup of sparkling water. The quesadilla had burn marks like it survived a house fire, and the soft taco was so soggy it folded in on itself spiritually. The service was sweet, I’ll give credit where it’s due, but respectfully… I think the kitchen crew may have been high out of their ever-loving minds tonight. Only survivor of this experience was the Baja Blast. She carried the whole meal on her back.

  This review is about random acts of kindness. My kids wanted Taco Bell after TaeKwonDo, fine - I wasn't having a great day and in no mood to fight them. While I was waiting to pay, my silly, gregarious daughter leaned out the window and shouted "I love you". She does this a lot. I got my food and pulled into a parking spot because my son was convinced I got his order wrong (I did not, it's just meat and cheese). But I found an extra taco with lettuce. I went to bring it back inside, worried I that the car behind me would be missing a taco. Nope, the person just accidentally added lettuce so they gave me the taco. How did they know that I would have ordered this for myself if not flustered by kids. They also handed me 2 slushies - one per kid. They must have heard my kids asking for slushies while I was waiting to pay. I was shocked by this kindness and consideration. It completely turned around my day and we'll be coming to this Taco Bell again after TaeKwonDo. 😀🎇🥰💚

  Just got off of my shift from dominos with a little pizza left and I wanted a taco so I walked down to Taco Bell and sat inside to place an order, and some employee named Anthony said I couldn’t have it in there so I just slid it off to the side and closed it to show I wasn’t eating it. And he came back and said “sir you can’t have that in here this is a restaurant” and I told him I was ordering on the app and he said it doesn’t matter, so now I sit here inside pissed off with my pizza box sitting right outside the door in this freezing weather and still have been here 20 minutes waiting for my food
