  Went there about a year or two ago, 4 times within about 6 or 7 months... never had soap or sanitizer in the men's bathroom...how can anyone trust a place like that

  The one who is attending the night shift, hates his work in his face and in how he gives you things says a lot, throws them at you what a bad service.

  “Buffet is Back!” That’s what the banner says. Only in reality they won’t let you dine in at all. We were told we could order at the counter and eat at the tables because there were no servers. The kid acted like this is the way it’s supposed to be. Then when my family went up to order we were told by the manager that they won’t do that. So we left. They passed on about $100 that day and here I am telling everyone. All because they couldn’t be bothered to be a restaurant.

  Ordered take out from them on 4/4/26. Order was 50 minutes late, cold, missing items, and pizza did not have the toppings I ordered. Took me 5 calls to get to someone in the store. then took me another 3 calls to let them know I wanted a refund based on all the issues. Still no refund. Pizza Hut lost a customer, terrible experience and service. Spend the extra money and go to one of the nicer pizza places.
