  I love the new manager at this store! Shes very respectful and has a very positive attitude. We wanted to dine in but she had told us due to the short staff working she said she couldn’t because she wouldn't be able to give us the full service experience and she would've felt bad. She told us instead that we can do a carry out order and that we could go ahead and eat inside like a dine in. And so we placed our order with her at the register and we paid for it and she told me that she would bring it to us when the order was completed and she did. She is very friendly and very very nice. I havent had customer service like this in a while. Keep up the good work!

  I come here for Megan. Simple as that. She is the only reason I come back every week. I don't associate with any other employees except for her. The other guy (Keith) is very rude and disrespectful. If Megan were ever to leave this store I probably wouldn’t come back. I have been coming here for years and I have never once been respected as much as I am now since Megan. She ALWAYS puts us customers first. I love my pizza hut pan pizza but I also love when Megan works. If she isn't there I don't come in. SHE is the reason I come back. I just hope she stays for the long run. This store needs a manager and/or GM like her. Thank you Megan for everything you do!

  The new manager named Megan was very respectful and very nice. She has great customer service skills and really puts customers first. She always has a smile on her face when we come in to pick up our food. She apologized for the short wait for carry out and kept calm in a high intense situation during their dinner rush. She apologized to me for the wait and about 5 minutes later I received my food. She takes her job seriously and loves what she does. Its hard to find people like that. I am not sure if she is just a regular manager or the GM but pizza hut I think you found your gm for this store. I have been coming here for months and this is the best manager that I have seen in here in a long time! You guys have a good one! She works very hard is usually always by herself doing everything alone

  I hate to say that this is my first bad review ive made but i paid $2 for 2 extra cinnabon cream cheese frostings and i asked twice if he was sure it was the right frosting he said it was i went out to my car to check and i only had the pizza hut iceing, i went back in and said i did not have the right iceing and was told its the same iceing when i know its not. The only reason i gave 2 stars is because of my experience before this where there was only 1 guy in the kitchen who made sure i got the right frosting- i dont remeber his name unfortunately. I do know that keith both lied to me and messed up my order as i cant have the pizza hut iceing due to an allergy.

  I called in an order at 6:30. They said it would be about 25 minutes for the delivery to get here. At 7:45 I called asking when my food was going to be here because it has been over an hour. I was told they are closed and I will not be getting my food. And got hung up on. The man on the phone was very rude. I will never Be ordering from Pizza Hut again. How can you take an order give me a time but never give me my food. I never got a call or anything my food was cancelled. Get service.
