  Ive been to this location several times. Each time they are out of something, first they dont ask my rewards number through the drive thru. Second, they were out of pumpkin soup meanwhile its fall. Okay. Next time again. Same thing. Next time I order a sandwich and they didn't have the type of bread. This could go on... then last week I went to order an egg sandwich with sausage. They ran out. Then I said okay ill get the bacon i got sprinkles of burnt bacon on the breakfast sandwich. MY DOG WOULDNT EAT THE BACON. Whoever does the ordering for this store is terrible. Very disappointed.

  I ordered cranberry chicken salad sandwich. Salad, lettuce AND bread were soggy. Asked for fresh bread at counter. Glad I didn't order the whole sandwich. Are the sandwiches pre-made?. The bathroom, although the sink and toilet were clean, was dirty. The edges and corners of the floor were crusted with built-up dirt and grime. Our experience was most unpleasant.

  Terrible experience at Oconomowoc location. We got the chicken, avocado, egg, and tomato stuffers. There was maybe one small tomato , 1 piece of avocado , 4 small pieces of chicken, and a little lettuce. Not stuffed. Flat and all bread. They completely omitted my soup and the ordered was called in an hour ahead and wasn’t ready until 12:45 for a 12:15 pick up. I ended up going back to complain and they said they were sorry and only offered the replacement of soup! I’m not blaming the employees, but the management obviously is inadequate to say the least. I will never go back to this location.

  I have never been in as filthy a restaurant as this in quite some time. The restrooms were terrible, the floor was filthy, the tabletops were dirty, the counters were dirty & out of basic supplies. There were six people in the back. Very nice girl took my order as i used a coupon. My food was good, but I will not go back again.

  Well, the previous reviews explain the experience I just had, and also why there were so few cars in the lot. Ordered at the kiosk…decided on soup since I was eating in. Waited…waited…staff were slow as molasses. Finally decided to look at the TO GO bag sitting at pick up, and sure enough, it was mine…with a receipt that said HERE. Grabbed the bag and decided to eat in my car. Asked for a cup for the drink I ordered, only to discover they were out of the green tea. Off to my car…open the bag, only to find a fork and knife for my soup. Back in I go for the spoon…of which I am told they are out of, but “there might be one over there”. Spoon secured, ate a few bites of soup and my stomach doesn’t feel right. The only interaction I had was with a quiet but polite young man that looks like he could be The Rock’s son. My advice would be that he cash in on the lookalike option because this location won’t be around long.
