  I ordered my salad on the app. I selected to pick up in the store. I arrived at my selected time, parked my car and walked through the pouring rain to the door and was met with a small sign. It said something like - Lobby is being remodeled, please use the drive-through for ordering and pick up orders. So, I went through the drive through. I never ordered anything through the drive through before but I assumed you order and then pull ahead to wait and the line would keep moving. But, no. People ordered their food and waited in line while they made it while they waited. My food was ready and waiting.... and i was still waiting in line for everyone else to get their food made. So disappointed. Especially since the app said I could pick up my food in the store. I was almost late for work. 😮‍💨

  We had good service and good food. Other reviews said the floor was sticky that is correct it was very sticky.

  MOLD! Staff are completely unprofessional, talking about the relations they have loud enough for me to unfortunately hear the full story. Place is absolutely filthy as well as the moldy ice machine. It would take cleaning it once time a week to stop it from growing mold.

  This has gotta be one of the worst Paneras I've ever been to. They have those automatic coffee machine things and the coffee is weak and they got two people working and one of them is slower than molasses. Floors are so sticky. I was seriously worried that I was going to be permanently stuck there. I’d give it fewer than one stars, but I’m not able.

  We have ordered monthly for our office meeting for years. Never any issues until the catering orders started getting routed to this location. Service declined from there. The latest straw was this location canceled our 16 person delivery catering order with only one hour notice and indicated that we cancelled it when we did not. Thank goodness Delafield stepped in and saved the day! Disappointed in the Oconomowoc location. Customer service and communication needs to improve greatly.
