  This is the most horrifically run Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. The past two times we’ve been at this location, it has taken over 30 minutes for our order of 1-3 subs to be prepared, with no warning that orders would be delayed, no apparent reason for the delay, and no urgency by employees to keep things moving. Many other patrons were cancelling orders. I went up to cancel mine and was assured it was the next one to be prepared. It still took 10 more minutes to receive my order. We arrived home with subs made on horribly stale bread. Last time we had a bad experience at this location, we reached out to the store directly to have it remedied and they never responded, so now I’m posting a public review to warn others to avoid this location at all costs.

  The worst Jimmy John’s ever. Oconomowoc. I visited it once before and it was terribly slow. It has been a while so I thought I would try again. 18 minutes and no sandwich. This time I got a refund and left. This place is freaky slow.

  Like many other reviews, this location's delivery time in unacceptable. I placed an order at 1:15pm, called at 2:43pm, where they said it was on the way but then after further questions, slipped up and said they were still waiting on the 3rd party driver to arrive to get it. I'm not sure why there is a 3rd party driver when I I ordered it directly from the website. We live less than 5 min away and did not ultimately receive the order for another 15min after the call.

  Have gone in many times where the staff are extremely rude. Aside from that, I ordered directly from their website and they still sent it via Uber Eats. It took an hour to deliver my sandwich, definitely not “freaky fast”

  Ryan was a great cashier and my food came out very fast, would highly recommend!
