I should have looked at recent reviews before I ordered online. I thought it would be faster.
It's 6:07, so I gave them 20 minutes before I'd come into the store and pick up my food. As soon as I entered, I was helped by a kid who asked me my name for the order, and he led me to the back but then promptly showed me that my food wasn't made. That's fine; I can wait, but then the kid who helped me had no urgency in telling anyone that I ordered food online. I waited 7 minutes until a girl asked me what my name was. I told her, "Mariah," and she said I canceled it. I immediately told her no. I showed her my online receipt from my email and said since this was my first time ordering online, I double-checked to make sure the money went out of my account. She looked back at their board full of receipts and said, "Oh, it must be a different Mariah that canceled." Again, "I let it roll off my back; surely they'll make my sandwich now." Anyone that walked in the door while I was waiting for my food instantly got a worker making their sandwich. It wasn't until another 10 minutes that I asked them, "Can you guys make my sandwich now?" One employee replied, "Oh yeah, I'm making it right now." It took 3 minutes to make my sandwich. Then I was finally given it.
It took them 40 minutes to make my sandwich. I understand being "busy," but it's not like I ordered 20 subs. Someone made a mistake and forgot to make my food; that's fine. What I don't like is there was no hustle from anyone to rectify the mistake; it's one sub, and it takes 3 minutes tops. There was nothing special on it, no toasted bread or anything. I would have gotten faster service. If I just walked in and ordered at the location. But looking at these past reviews, maybe I wouldn't. I think it's going to be a while before I go to another Jimmy John's; this experience really puts a bad image on the brand.

Ordered meal on the mobile app at 5:20pm put for pick up ASAP. Got to the store and order wasn't even started so had to wait another 15 minutes at this location. No apologies for the wait or not having the order ready on time. There were only like 4 customers in the store at the time. Don't know why it took so ridiculously long to make 3 sandwiches placed around and hour ago.

Freaky Fast NO MORE! Only 3 people in here waiting for food and I could've went to the store and made my sandwich faster. Guess that's what I'll do from now on. Tell me why I'd there are 4 workers it is taking so long??? Oh I know, it's b/c only 1 person is actually making sandwiches!!!

This is the most horrifically run Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. The past two times we’ve been at this location, it has taken over 30 minutes for our order of 1-3 subs to be prepared, with no warning that orders would be delayed, no apparent reason for the delay, and no urgency by employees to keep things moving. Many other patrons were cancelling orders. I went up to cancel mine and was assured it was the next one to be prepared. It still took 10 more minutes to receive my order. We arrived home with subs made on horribly stale bread. Last time we had a bad experience at this location, we reached out to the store directly to have it remedied and they never responded, so now I’m posting a public review to warn others to avoid this location at all costs.
