I ordered lunch boxes for my wedding party this past weekend and I got a call from them when the drop off time was scheduled saying that they had missed my order and was told that it would be another 30 minutes before it was delivered. The food didn't come until an hour later after we had called a few more times for updates. Some boxes were missing chips and others cookies.
Placed an order online at around 5:30pm. Never received a notification of my order being out for delivery. After an hour, I called and was told it was delivered; I walked around the entire building and did not find my order. I called again and was told it was NOT delivered and was still out with the driver. At 7:15pm, I got a call notifying that my order was dropped off.
I ordered the 8.99 deal which included a drink, and I received an empty cup.
Don't order from here if you're expecting "freaky fast" because they are "freaky slow"

Ordered a simple pepe sandwich w/ a pickle. Ended up waiting for twenty minutes while they made online orders and the peoples order who were after in the store. Asked after ten minutes if two of the sandwiches on the counter were the pepe, got told “that’s a day old piece of bread” by the one with gapped teeth. Overall terrible experience.

Horrible Service!!!! Only one person working while everyone else was sitting around. After placing my order I arrived 20 minutes after it being placed walked in the lady said she never received the order when I had gotten a confirmation. Maybe the printers weren’t working. The lady was rude and sounded like she didn’t even want to be there. The lady who walked in after me was not even acknowledged. Horrible Service!

I should have looked at recent reviews before I ordered online. I thought it would be faster.
It's 6:07, so I gave them 20 minutes before I'd come into the store and pick up my food. As soon as I entered, I was helped by a kid who asked me my name for the order, and he led me to the back but then promptly showed me that my food wasn't made. That's fine; I can wait, but then the kid who helped me had no urgency in telling anyone that I ordered food online. I waited 7 minutes until a girl asked me what my name was. I told her, "Mariah," and she said I canceled it. I immediately told her no. I showed her my online receipt from my email and said since this was my first time ordering online, I double-checked to make sure the money went out of my account. She looked back at their board full of receipts and said, "Oh, it must be a different Mariah that canceled." Again, "I let it roll off my back; surely they'll make my sandwich now." Anyone that walked in the door while I was waiting for my food instantly got a worker making their sandwich. It wasn't until another 10 minutes that I asked them, "Can you guys make my sandwich now?" One employee replied, "Oh yeah, I'm making it right now." It took 3 minutes to make my sandwich. Then I was finally given it.
It took them 40 minutes to make my sandwich. I understand being "busy," but it's not like I ordered 20 subs. Someone made a mistake and forgot to make my food; that's fine. What I don't like is there was no hustle from anyone to rectify the mistake; it's one sub, and it takes 3 minutes tops. There was nothing special on it, no toasted bread or anything. I would have gotten faster service. If I just walked in and ordered at the location. But looking at these past reviews, maybe I wouldn't. I think it's going to be a while before I go to another Jimmy John's; this experience really puts a bad image on the brand.
