  This was a really nice Chipotle location, that just opened up. Staff was friendly and greeted me when I walked in. I ordered a Barbacoa bowl and the young lady Sempora made that bowl to perfection, it look like artwork. Also can’t forget the chips and queso as a side dish, one of my favorites 😌 The food was fresh and delicious and I would highly recommend anybody going to this location. Oconomowoc is a beautiful area and a very nice atmosphere to enjoy your food 💯

  It is Sunday night at 7pm and they are out of chicken??? The store is a mess! Clearly poorly managed!! Got our order and items were missing and the food was cold. Not good!!!

  I was happy to see a location in the area. Get baracoa quesidilla it was so bad had to throw it away the meat taste funny like it was soaked in water. Even the sides where nasty corn and beans. I will never go to this location again yuck

  So yesterday I go in, I LOVE Chipotle by the way. So I was very happy they opened a chain near my work. Its 1205pm, so noon on a Monday, Lunch time, right? I walk up to the counter, and two people are working, filling the food bins etc.. Nobody said anything to me like "one sec, or I'll be right with you". So I wait, I get it must have had a large order, and the bins got low. But then I notice two other employees eating at tables on their phones. So now I'm getting a bit perturbed. Minutes pass, nobody says anything to me, and they did see me. Still no acknowledgement, it was like they were upset I was waiting to order. Only two other customers were eating aside from the two employees on break. So it was not busy by any means. I got fed up and left. Cmon man do better!

  The restaurant was very disappointing. There wasn’t a clean table in the dining room. There were no forks only spoons, the workers were too busy talking. The food bar area was very discombobulated and had food all over. The windows had handprints all over them. There was food all over the floor. Had to ask someone if I could use a rag to wash off my own table. The garbage cans were overflowing with trash. Won’t be back.
