Reported food was not up to temperature, needed to check warming trays, and they said the manager was in the back. Upon entering the side door was locked? We counted 6 customers reaching for the locked door. You need a coach/manager to guide the workforce, until then not the place to go.

- KSKimberly ScottSep 8, 20262.0My recommendation, don’t go in at 7pm at night. I asked for lite beans and rice. Well, she applied that to the chicken as well. So I got a ton of cheese and lettuce. So it is close to vegetarian - maybe 12 pieces of chicken. Then I asked for chips on the side…all they had was chili lime, what was I supposed to say-no thanks, forget the order? I felt obligated. She didn’t even offer a discount on the chips. Safe to say, next time I WILL abandon the order after they complete it. I like spicy, and not this combo. Yuck. Bad all the way around.
