  August 22, 2026 Saturday at around 1044am. I ordered a Western no onions, got onions. I also ordered a Salmon no onions got onions. I don't like onions. I specifically said no onions and got onions on both I don't understand. They also didn't cut my Salmon sandwich in half. I also had a Everything bagel with onion and chive cream cheese that was full of a cream cheese mess. Waiting for my order near the window all I hear is the girl hating her job and people. She didn't want to call orders out again and that people should be listening. Get it together people. Pay attention, I think this will be my last time here

  On Sunday it was a busy morning the two young ladies were doing orders and the young kid looked like he was lost in the sauce. Then some man came in was waiting in line then said can you help me and the lady said we will be right with you. He was not patient at all, he grabbed a chocolate milk and threw money at one of the ladies face! The lady was in shock and she handled it well, I just want to say some of the people in our town are so rude and impatient.

  I paid extra for a bagel that they didn’t end up having so I wanted to get the money back that I paid, the lady was very rude about and threw the dollar. Never going back again.

  When you start off your week with attitudes you make your customers not want to come back. These two ladies on Monday were just rude. They rather be sweeping the floor in front of you, talking than greeting and taking care of customers. I rather come on the weekend when it's busy and wait in line to get serviced at least those ladies are nicer. Have a pleasant day. These ladies should have a real talking too

  I have not been to your store in quite awhile so I decided to treat myself. The woman who was at the register and working on it told me order from the 2 people making them. They both looked at me and ignored me. A younger woman who was waiting for her bagel went up to the counter and told the 2 people working back there that I was trying to order. One them rudely said she was busy. Then the younger woman went up to the register and discussed it with her. No help. I left saying thank you I am not coming back. Rudest waitstaff I have ever seen!!
