  Coming in here is like walking into the most unwelcomeing environment. Staff doesn't acknowledge your presence, its Unclear were to order and no one smiles or looks like they have any life.. we waited for about 8min before I asked if we were in the right place. She looked at me and said we'll be with you when we can . Ps we were the only people in the place. Maybe they were filling online orders.? But how about saying hi at the very least.

  Here's a thought, maybe say hi or hello to customers in line rather than saying we'll get to you when we finish online orders

  Absolutely love Brueggers! The staff are amazing! Super friendly! Food is always quick and correct. Had a few meetings there as well. Busy but not too loud for a meeting with a friend or business client. Highly recommend! The Leonardo and Breakfast egg, turkey sausage and cheese are our favs!

  Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to the Oconomowoc location. They’re supposed to open at 6 AM, but I arrived at 6:05 and the door was still locked. I asked Stone Creek Coffee what time they open and they confirmed 6 but said they usually open late. I looked inside and the employee was on her phone. I waited in my car, and about 15 minutes later she finally opened (after I placed my order online). When I walked in, she didn’t acknowledge me for about three minutes, despite me being the only customer there and her working on two orders (mine and someone else’s). When she finally came over, she didn’t even look up and just said, “What can I get you?” A simple “Hi, I’ll be right with you” would have been basic customer service. When I mentioned this before leaving, her response was a snarky, “Thanks for the tip.” After reading the other reviews, it seems I’m not the only person who has had issues with this employee. I’m referring to the middle-aged blonde woman with a ponytail. Love Bruegger’s, just won’t ever go to this location again because of the employees.

  BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT : blonde, middle aged woman with high bun and industrial piercing has extremely bad customer service skills. I ordered three items, including a cinnamon sugar bagel and strawberry cream cheese for my mother. After ordering, I was standing by waiting for my order to be fulfilled. After a few minutes, a blonde employee with a high bun and blue industrial piercing called out “cinnamon bagel with strawberry cream cheese”. Believing this order was mine, I walked forward to claim the order, indicating that I had two items still outstanding on my order. She clarified, “this is a cinnamon sugar bagel with strawberry cream cheese alone”. I made a misunderstanding on the intent of this comment, and claimed the bagel. After another man walked forward to claim the bagel, because he had ordered the exact same item, I handed it to him and the blonde employee scoffed at me for the simple misunderstanding. Absolutely terrible customer service experience. Additionally, I paid for a two egg option on my sandwich and was only given one.
