  It used to be going in to a store/restaurant was faster than take out. Not anymore. I was in line 3 people deep. 20 minutes later I was two deep- the line had grown to 15ish while workers were frantically filling online orders. Do NOT put up with it. I left before ordering. Costco bagles are just as good. Will never be back.

  If you think the Siegel bagelmania is the best bagel you ever had, you need to come here and it will blow your mind! This is one of my favorite quick coffee and riding spots on Saturday morning! Loraine and her coworkers always treat me well every time I am there. During long weekends or holidays, they could be overwhelmed by the orders, JSYK, they make the bagel fresh, expect some line during holidays and be kind to workers, they have to cope up with online and in-store orders~ my favorite is their honey walnut with everything bagel!!!

  Incident occurred Monday the 25th. Came here to have breakfast with a co worker of mine and the 2 ladies working had such bad attitudes with the customers in front of us, that we decided to go over to Stone creek instead even though Stone Creek doesn't have breakfast options. I wanted to come back and say you don't treat customers like that. It's your job you don't like customer service then go elsewhere like Mc Donalds. Sorry but this ruined it for me

  My mom and I stopped here the other day and it was our first time trying this place. We both got the farmhouse bagel sandwich, and it was delicious! We will definitely be back and I will be bringing my husband next time! The ladies who were working were super friendly and welcoming too! So glad we tried a new place :)
