- PDPatrick Davis3 days ago1.0The drive through is entirely inconsistent. Saw them take three orders from one lane before even beginning to take the order of the other lane. Either take orders simultaneously from both lanes or alternate lanes.
- IMI MMay 7, 20261.0This McDonald has a tendency to ruin ratings for delivery drivers, as the person in charge of the orders taps on the screen to inform that the order is ready. When you do go in thinking the order is ready to your surprise the guy hasn't even started a two drink order. Unreal and selfish. Not busy there at all

Until yesterday night worst experience ever only for a drink, fries and a mc chicken! I decided to stop by before heading to work around 8:04 to be exact drive-thru was busy but line was going smooth. By the time I get to the 2nd window I was handed my drink and was told to move to a 3rd window to wait on the food. By 8:24 i decided to go inside to ask for a full refund. As soon as i walk in there were a bunch of young adults laughing, playing with each other in the kitchen and the place was dirty. Then I stop the "manager" who acted like I wasn't there and I explained the situation ask for my money back to which so careless she reply "that if I wanted a full refund I needed to go back to my car and bring the drink back" so I did cause by that time drink was flat and tasteless. No apology and nasty attitude that was my customer experience lol! I understand people don't take their jobs serious anymore but this was just ridiculous.
