  I'm not exaggerating... Every single time I order here they get something wrong. It's to the point where I feel like they are messing with me. This last time I even tried checking the order before I pulled away, and they looked at me like I was crazy for holding the line up. Everything seemed fine, then I get home, and it's a bacon bagel instead of a steak. A few weeks ago the pancakes weren't with the bag. A few weeks before that no hash browns. Why? And how? Every single time? It can't be just me.

  I have been to this McDonald’s a numerous amount of times and every single time I can guarantee that it is the most disappointing experience in food service I’ve seen I’ve had many issues with my order being messed up or made wrong or not even getting my food and every time I try to communicate it to the team there is always some type of bad attitude and bad mouthing in the back as if I can’t hear from upfront . I’ve even had the manager yell at me over missing an entire bag worth of food not being added to the bags they give out to the DoorDash.. . if you were to choose a McDonald’s location this is the last one I would choose as I know McDonald’s does not meant to be some high-end fast food restaurant coming. Here it’s just such a bad experience too many times then not and it’s really sad to see

  Went here after the daddy daughter dance to get my second grader a cheeseburger happy meal. Asked for the cheeseburger to only have cheese, meat, and ketchup. Get home and it's a bun with a slice of cheese. I drive back to get the correct cheeseburger and they give me a cheeseburger with meat, cheese, ketchup, and pickles. I understand that it's fast food, and that teenagers work here, but it should not be this difficult to get an order right.

  I understand this is a busy location. So hire one more person per shift to clean. Tables aren't cleaned often enough, trash isn't emptied often enough and bathrooms aren't cleaned regularly. The food is always fresh and service is always kind. You need to clean regularly. For those travelling, this location has a play place so naturally it's going to be a bit louder, but you can still have conversation.

  They turn off their mobile ordering system early (at 8pm — they close at 11pm)… so you will end up losing time and your McDonald’s points. If you used your points to redeem a meal and attempt to make the manager understand, they will replace your quarter pounder with a “One FREE Vanilla Cone” coupon — or, if you’re lucky, the manager might even give you a cheeseburger sandwich coupon. That’s right. Only a paper coupon and not a physical $1.99 plus tax cheeseburger. In this economy, you don’t expect McDonald’s to scam you off of their McDonald’s points. UPDATE: The vanilla coupon along with the cheeseburger coupon are expired. 🙂 Expired since December 31st of 2025.
