    I have never felt so uncomfortable at an establishment… During our visit to Jimmy John’s in Oak Creek, we were welcomed with Aiden, as he presented himself as the District Manager. He was very distracted yet polite. He took our order in a professional way and reassured us that it would be up shortly. In that time, he was openly yelling at employees, Dylan and Carry I believe their names were. At this point my children were in fear of the unstable environment. It was loud, aggressive, and uncomfortable enough that my family started to desire any other sandwich place but Jimmy John’s. What made it even worse was hearing a younger female employee mention that his behavior was making her uncomfortable as well. Watching an employee clearly feel intimidated in her workplace was incredibly upsetting. Whatever issues were being had with its employees should be handled privately and professionally—not in front of customers. Instead, the behavior we witnessed was intimidating, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. I left feeling sorry for the employees who have to work under that kind of management. Jimmy John’s needs to seriously reconsider what kind of leadership it is allowing in its restaurants.

    I ordered sandwiches for dinner for my family to pick up on my way home from work. One of them was an unwich. I drove 40 minutes to this establishment, and when I walked in the door at the scheduled pick up time (about 45 minutes after I ordered), they said they didn't have any more unwiches, and offered to make it on wheat bread or a wrap instead. Instead of calling me beforehand, I found out when I walked in expecting to get my order. I am extremely disappointed and will be checking my bank amount to ensure that I get my refund.

    Update from 7/25 incident: Its been over or about 3 weeks since they said I could get a refund and my rewards points back after getting my order wrong via delivery that took over a hour. Not sure how a regular sized sandwhich is mistaken for a gargantuan. Apparently the manager was supposed to rwview it after recieving a text from the supervisor. And of course the order confirmation number/ receipt on the email isnt worth anything apparently and only the recepit on the bag is any good. Severely lost the trust of this place

    The service at this location is consistently awful. Every single time I order through the app, I clearly request that my sub be cut in half and that napkins be included, and those simple instructions are ignored every time. It’s beyond frustrating to pay for food and have the order repeatedly prepared incorrectly. At this point, it honestly seems like no one is even reading the order instructions before making the food.

    Food is always good at Jimmy John’s, but I really want to comment on their great service today. There were a couple kids that came in to order and it seemed like one of the kids was really anxious/nervous, but staff was so kind and patient in their conversations.It was great to see staff’s reassurance and respect.
