- CCCole4 days ago1.0This was HORRIBLE!!! I asked for 2 vanilla long John's and 1 chocolate circle donut. They give me 2 vanilla CIRCLES instead of long John's and when we ask for them to fix our order, the STUFF our donuts back in the bag. Sure they give us an extra, BUT IT IS SQUISHED, GROSS, AND THE FROSTING IS GONE?!?!? I am never going here again.

It was 80 degrees outside and when we walked in the store the AC was not on, no fans , so it was about 90 in the store with no air flow . So uncomfortable we couldn’t enjoy our food or drinks . It’s almost like they want to make it as uncomfortable as possible so you don’t stick around .

I asked for 2 donuts, they were so stale and crumbly I was literally disgusted and my drink tasted like nothing but foam, didn’t taste like syrup or even look like a normal coolatta. I only spent 8$ which is why I love going to Dunkin but I would have rather thrown my 8$ out the window and lost it then spent it here.

But I still wanted my free donut 😁 I got there around 7:14 am, I am a student at the high school so I started to get anxious when the time kept going. I walked in, ordered it “ASAP” in the app. Was waiting for at least 20 minutes for my order, just a medium electric blue lemonade, and a small pink pineapple. (Plus the free donuts, which I didn’t even get the ones I wanted) Eventually, at about 7:22, I started to get my order, but first, just the small drink. Then, I got the blue lemonade which she gave me JUST lemonade, I had to tell her she forgot the syrup. I eventually got my order, and guess what, I was 11 minutes late to school. UPDATE 6/23: I went to Dunkin again today, I asked for a small pink pineapple daydream refresher, this is what I got: That’s like 95% milk, 5% refresher :(
- BBBaxMay 15, 20261.0ive gone here multiple times and each time im so disappointed. i am lactose intolerant, severely, and asked for oat milk in my matcha, on my recipe it said regular milk, but i gave it the benefit of the doubt. then i watched her poor the regular milk into the cup, and i asked her if she could do oat milk instead, she said yes, but then i had it, i could taste regular milk instead and threw up from having dairy about 10 minutes later. they also messed up my friends order completely
