  ive gone here multiple times and each time im so disappointed. i am lactose intolerant, severely, and asked for oat milk in my matcha, on my recipe it said regular milk, but i gave it the benefit of the doubt. then i watched her poor the regular milk into the cup, and i asked her if she could do oat milk instead, she said yes, but then i had it, i could taste regular milk instead and threw up from having dairy about 10 minutes later. they also messed up my friends order completely

  If I could give no stars I would. They always get simple orders wrong and then will tell you it’s your fault it’s wrong. There is a HUGE language barrier and they get angry about that!!! I used to love this Dunkin and now avoid it at all costs. Very disappointing.

  After repeating my order of 2 drinks 6x in the drive thru, I was handed the wrong drink. The employee realized before I drove off. My Oreo Cloud Latte was nothing but watered down iced coffee with cold foam with Oreo crumbled on top. It was missing every other component of the drink. My daughter’s Blue Raspberry Coolatta tasted as what I can best describe as sour ice. Frustrating to wait so long for drinks that are incorrect. Waste of time and money.

  Let me start off by saying I only come to this location out of convenience because it’s close by where my daughter receives therapy & I’m always on a time crunch. However, every time I go it’s barely 9am and they are out of french crullers. It’s happened at least 3 times. Also, whenever I go i’m normally the only person in drive-thru yet I am being asked multiple times what’s my order, given different items at a time and then handed someone else’s almost always even after giving my name. Went today and didn’t think anything of the way my drink looked but after tasting it realized they gave me someone else’s. This location really needs to do some re-training or hire different staff.

  Frustrated as I had a simple order through the Dunkin App: Unsweetened iced tea with blueberry flavor shots and two orders of plain bagel minis. Instead I received unsweetened tea, no flavor shots, and two orders of poppy seed and onion bagel minis. How hard is it to pay attention and read? What a complete waste of money. Next time I won't leave until I taste my drink and look at what is in the bag.
