- BWBrian WilsonAug 9, 20261.0I was just at the Dunkin on Howell in Oak Creek. I ordered donuts, bagel bits and 3 drinks. A dunkalatte, a PB&J Cloud Latte and an iced chai latte. 2 people ordered behind me. It starts with those two people getting their ordered drinks before me. I waited patiently and when they finally “made” my order they put two drinks in the counter. When I ordered my PB&J latte the guy taking my order combined it and the chai latte. I tried to explain I did not order the PB&J latte with chai but they kept saying that’s how I ordered it. I explained multiple times I ordered 3 drinks and one of the guys working there puts the actual chai latte in the counter and said “there’s your chai latte”. They still would not correct the PB&J cloud latte they made with chai. I finally just decided to leave because I was getting nowhere. This is not the first time I have received horrible service and incorrect orders from this location. They just do not seem to care. By the way, the PB&J Cloud Latte made with chai was absolutely disgusting. Total waste of money and time going there.

This location had less product available, got multiple things wrong, and it took forever. The staff I dealt with obviously did not know English well, both in understanding or in speaking it and this likely led to some of the mistakes. While there other customers reported their orders as wrong to the staff too.

They give me 2 vanilla CIRCLES instead of long John's and when we ask for them to fix our order, the STUFF our donuts back in the bag. Sure they give us an extra, BUT IT IS SQUISHED, GROSS, AND THE FROSTING IS GONE?!?!? I am never going here again.

It was 80 degrees outside and when we walked in the store the AC was not on, no fans , so it was about 90 in the store with no air flow . So uncomfortable we couldn’t enjoy our food or drinks . It’s almost like they want to make it as uncomfortable as possible so you don’t stick around .
- DFDianara felicianoJun 19, 20261.0I’ve never gone to this Dunkin but it was on my way to work and I wanted a quick drink and snack, I got a blue raspberry coolatta , first I asked for a large , they gave me a small no big deal at first I took the L. I asked for 2 donuts, they were so stale and crumbly I was literally disgusted and my drink tasted like nothing but foam, didn’t taste like syrup or even look like a normal coolatta. I only spent 8$ which is why I love going to Dunkin but I would have rather thrown my 8$ out the window and lost it then spent it here.
