  This place needs to be shut down or go under new management. I have an issue every time I get food from here. It’s as if no one cares and everybody is just there. Horrible

  Waited 45 minutes for my food. People were walking in after me ordering food and still getting it for me. Then the workers told me they ran out of enough wings for my order. Why arent the orders made in the order they come in? That seems like common sense. Went home realized there wasn’t any fries. All I ordered was fries and wings. How do you mess that up? Then called back, waited 20 minutes got hung up on randomly. So I called back again and the manager told me theres nothing she can do. Mind you they weren’t even busy. They just don’t know how to do their very simple job.

  I waited about 45 minutes to get my food that I ordered online and went to the location to pick up. I got my order and I should have checked it before I got home because it was not correct and I had to go all the way back. The person working the front had no clue how to do anything

  I placed an order for wings to pick up. The order was to be ready for pick up at 6:40 p.m. At approximately 6:50 p.m. an associate came from the back and yelled to the 8 plus people in the doorway that he has received multiple orders over the last few minutes with approximately 7 orders and that he was busy and we should be patient. At 7:10 p.m. my order still wasn't completed. I did not receive my order until 7:15, 35 minutes late. Upon arrival to my residence the food was prepped terribly and thrown into boxes. I received 4 ranch cups for 30 wings and 4 veggie stix. This is the 2nd time this location cant seem to get it together and cant prep food on time as promised. Terrible, there won't be a 3rd time. You would think that specializing in 1 thing, chicken wings you could be efficient and good at that 1 thing, clearly my bar must be too high...
