- CCCodyMay 11, 20261.0Went through the drive thru to order. They wouldn't let you get a small only medium for whatever reason. They added a drink that I didn't order and I mentioned that the beginning. We got to the window and they tried to hand me the drink that they charged me for but didn't order - asked if I wanted a refund. It was only a dollar and some change but its the principal of the situation. Why would I pay for something I didn't order?
