- SBSamantha Bain4 days ago1.0Ordered our food at the kiosk and waited for our name to be called. I put in my phone number to have a receipt emailed since we all know they forget stuff all the time. Listening to the woman who works here… manager yelling at everyone. After waiting 25 minutes we went up asking for our food and they had given it to someone else. They remade the food and they forgot 3 of the 8 items ordered. And some of the items hardly had any toppings. We asked for a refund and left the food, they said they can’t do refunds. So we took the food because we paid for nothing otherwise. Absolutely ridiculous and I never got a receipt texted to me even though we put in the info at the kiosk.

You type your order into a kiosk and when it's ready the employees place it in a warm area/counter space and yell your name. The hot sauce was out and we were going to ask for some but we're unable to get the attention of any employee. The food was like any other Taco Bell. Nothing special. And like every other place...the prices just keep going up, up, up. The eating area seemed reasonably clean.

The first couple of times I let it slide because I thought she was having a bad day, I now know that's how she is everyday to everyone. She even slammed my bag down on the drive-thru counter and broke all the hard shell tacos the last time I was there. Horrible customer service.
