  Alex the mgr is great. My sub got messed up and I said I would pay for chips and drink while he gave me a free sub he said it was all free! Only odd gripe is the lady making the sub have me attitude like I was bothering her and that she didn’t get a free sub. It was a simple mix up that didn’t even involve her.

  Frankly this shop delivers so slow and is so inept you'll starve. Its 90 minutes later, the shop won't take your call to find out what's going on with your order. This is the last time. Save your money. Delivery what a joke!

  I rarely post negative reviews but today I visited the New Berlin location and the cashier/food preparer was so unfriendly. She didn’t smile, thank anyone, rolled her eyes every time a new customer came in and looked so angry. Shame on her for being the worst at customer service - her negative energy was incredible

  they doubled their delivery fee. and it changes by what you order not where it's being delivered to. I tried to order a sub and changed my mind to a wrap and the delivery fee changed by over 1.00. not worth paying that much to wait 30+ minutes to get the food.
