    Went here for Father's Day weekend with my dad, and it was a massive disappointment. Service was extremely slow. We waited forever for drinks and when we got them they were bad. My dad's old fashioned tasted like there was no alcohol in it. There was a couple nearby who waited over 30 minutes for a beer. A table behind us sat down waiting for service and after nobody stopped by for over 30 minutes they left. We also wanted water, and because of the slow service and lack of staff nobody came to check in after we got drinks to ask if we wanted more water or to order food. My dad went up to the bartender directly and asked for waters, and waited to make sure they would give us water. It took 15 minutes. Someone finally came by to ask us about ordering food. We put in an order for 2 apps and 2 sets of wings as our entrees. They gave me the incorrect wings (I asked for Lemon Pepper and Lemon Pepper Hot, they gave me Lemon Pepper and Buffalo wings). Our apps we had to ask for because they forgot them, and by the time they arrived after our wings they were cold. We asked for a box to go for the apps, figuring we would just heat them up at home, and the person who dropped off our food gave us 2 tiny boxes. When we said we needed another bigger box, they took the two small boxes and gave us a slightly bigger box and said they'd come back with more. Predictably, they did not come back. I paid on the tablet so we could just go and leave, and overall it was a massive disappointment. We've usually never had any issues with service before when coming here, so the fact that this happened is really frustrating, especially on Father's Day.

    Came in on a Friday the place was completely empty and ended up getting seated at a dirty table. the food took too long and was luke warm by the time I received my food. The service was bad. Worst experience ever.

    I'm torn about this place, was my first time there. It was dead slow, yet I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to even realize I was there to be seated. Entry area was filthy, with food & liquid marks splashed on the wall by the pick-up rack. Once seated, there was trash all over the floor, and dirty/uncleared tables everywhere. Service from the waitstaff was mostly attentive but had to ask for several things a few times. Food, however, was amazing - I got the bacon mac and cheese burger and I'll be dreaming about this one. Others in my party got various chicken sandwiches and they loved them. Bottom line - place was horrible but food was great.

    My husband and I came in today for the bogo wings. We were skeptical due to the reviews but thought “why not try ourselves?”. I feel we should’ve listened to the reviews. At first the suggestive sell was nice and we added on the bottomless apps deal. After we received our drink and appetizer, we were waiting on our wings which was fine. When they came out, the server, Aubrey, brought us the wrong order and tried leaving the table immediately. I informed her that they were wrong and she said she was sorry and she brought the wrong ones out. That was okay too, but it wasn’t okay when she “took them back to the kitchen”, which it looked like, then served them to another guest. I have been certified in food safety for years and know it’s not okay to serve food to someone else once it’s been placed in front of another party and they breathed on it! After getting our correct order, we waited for a very long time for her to come check in on us again so we could add to our bottomless app. She got back to us after about 23 minutes and we placed the order, then waited longer for them to come out than the first order. Understandable since it’s a Thursday. She brought the food out then ran from the table so we couldn’t ask for refills and had to wait longer for that. More than 10 minutes then when she arrived again after getting the drinks, she asked how we’d pay and we responded card. She left for a brief moment again but before she did I told her we were not going to be done yet because I was not even half way done with my wings and was waiting on the drink for that long. She must have not heard me because when she came back she asked about the boxes, told us how to pay, and left again immediately while my partner and I were staring at one another in disbelief because of how fast she kept trying to get away every time. We decided it was definitely time to go after that just to find out she rang up an extra drink which we tried to correct by waiting an additional 15 minutes for her to come back, or someone for this matter, while looking around and trying to get someone’s attention and there seemed to be no one to help in sight and we never saw her again. It was very unpleasant, especially due to my experience and the fact that I am pregnant, was hungry and hopeful, and expected a certain level of customer service. We ended up paying for the extra drink then leaving. The cook was great since the food was okay, though the customer service was an experience I wouldn’t want to have again. Very sad and disappointed to leave this review but mad about our experience.

    Ordered 20 bone in wings for delivery and only got 10, called them, they said they would reorder my order and delivery to me Been over 2 hours and still did not show up
