  Terrible drive thru service. We left. Couldn't understand a word the guy said other than the beverage machine wasn't working when ordering a Mango tea. Couldn't order a $7.00 box for some reason or another. Again couldn't understand a word. Keep your food.

  Horrible. Three strikes and done. Every time I've come here, both the drive thru service and the food is terrible. Last evening, as usual, the guy working the drive thru was the most drab and indifferent worker ever. If you hate your job that much, buddy, get a different one. Then I asked for mild sauce. "We don't have it." Then I asked for medium or another. "We don't have it." All they had was hot and he was annoyed that I even asked for a sauce at all. Stock your store, people! Then I get my food, and the soft shell taco is stale hard and the burrito is nasty. After the second time I came here, I said never again due to it being terrible the first two times for similar reasons, but figured it's been a while and can one place really be that bad all the time? Omg, yes. Do not go here! Food is terrible all the time and the employees are just as nasty.

  I've been to this location twice in the last week and both times the rude employee working drive thru told me he couldn't even take my order for 30 minutes and there were only 3 cars ahead of me and 2 people in the lobby when I drove away. I drove to the Menasha location. What a let down.

  The service at this location is horrible. We pulled up to drive through with only 1 car ahead of us and were told "Food will take 30 minutes". This location is constantly understaffed, long service times and I do not recommend drive through if ordering more than 2-3 items since they will often miss your full order. Even in store they miss items and you have to go back to the counter.

  Don’t ever visit. I walked up to the counter and sat there for 10 minutes. No one greeted me or took my order. No one else in the restaurant. Meanwhile all the workers are swearing every other word while I sit and wait with my children. So unprofessional. Will never go to this location again
