  Not gonna lie y'all have ruined ice coffee for me in a good way. I literally can't find any ice coffee quite as good as your guys coffee. I will admit I'm hard to please with my reviews so y'all getting 5 stars from me just know y'all should be proud. Wish you guys were open during the winter! 😂🤘

  Please have everyone better trained on what goes into the drinks, I know the menu is huge but there has to be some sort of reference for employees on what to put into each drink. I’ve been several times and the drinks are never right. I keep giving chances since I was so excited to finally have a location in Neenah but it’s been quite a disappointment so far

  Typically 9 out of 10 drinks I've ordered are mess-ups, but the mistake drinks still taste good. Normal ice is too much ice, get LIGHT ICE instead. Very communicative staff, but I don't like the small talk as much. I like the variety of music they have playing, but can seldomly be a bit loud. Overall, the drive thru coffee experience feels like a pleasantly quick carnival ride to a music festival and back with your favorite drink waiting at the end. I have high hopes for them!

  First, the drinks are fantastic hands-down the first two times I went everything was fantastic. The wait was short staff was great however, the next time I went, there were so many staff members inside not sure what they were all doing. There was one person taking order's the lines were long nobody bothered to come out to help. The second time I came, which was today, October 4. The lines weren’t very long multiple people were out taking orders. Several staff kept approaching a car and chitchatting no big deal. The line I was in was taking forever. I get up to get my drink finally after 15 minutes of waiting they don’t even have my drink order it’s not even anywhere in sight so I have to repeat my order again granted it’s on my app. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back even though I like the drinks this is two times in a row now service has not been that stellar. Something needs to change. You will start moving business.

  This location is already very bad. I’ve been to the 7 brew locations in appleton/green bay over 20 times, and the service is not nearly as poor as this Neenah location. A few days ago, I visited at 7pm and there was only one other car, I got one drink and it was over a 10 minute wait. Today there were only a couple cars ahead of me and it was a 15 minute wait. When the girl got to my car, instead of taking my order verbally (she was wearing a yellow shirt 9/24), she just turned the ipad around showing the screen. I was confused and hesitated, and she rudely said “you can touch it” so I started entering the order myself. Again I have made several visits so I am certain this is not protocol and the worker was being lazy; the interface for taking orders was not customer friendly and it is clearly meant for the worker to input and not the customer. The customer is supposed to verbally give the order for the worker to input. That is how the other 20 visits have gone anyway. When I asked her to take over after not knowing how to enter a custom drink (because I didn’t receive the training she did on the interface), she got visibly annoyed with me and her entire demeanor was stiff and rude. When I got to the window, they did not know which order was mine and told me they “thought I already left” because the workers taking orders were not going to the cars in order. I got my drinks for free since they “didn’t feel like reentering them” after voiding out the order, but a free drink is not worth the time or irritation spent here. I will be driving further to visit the Appleton locations from now on. Get it together. As someone who used to work at Starbucks, it is not difficult to take an order & pump some syrups into a cup efficiently without an attitude and without chatting with your coworkers. Complete lack of professionalism from these employees, it’s genuinely concerning
