My sub was ordered in person 11/3 at 4pm as hot. My husband also ordered a hot chicken bacon ranch— obviously as the chicken and bacon need to be toasted.
The toaster oven clearly broke. Not only did we both take home ice cold subs after being told they were hot and paying for them, the employee also on two occasions unplugged the toaster oven, moved things around, and touched buttons with gloves on. With those same gloves he proceeded to touch our food.
After asking yet again if our subs were warm, we were told yes and prompted to pay.
Waste of money and unsanitary.

Ordered here a few times from the App. The woman behind the counter greeted me by name each time and my food was perfectly prepared! I am now a regular.

Best Subway in the area. The gentleman that is working every time I come is AWESOME! Very nice guy, seems to know a lot of the customers that come in too. Subs are always delicious and ingredients are never skimped on.

It’s all about the cookie. For those of you in sales or customer service, you may have seen the video by Bob Farrell (Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlors) “Give ‘Em the Pickle”. It’s an older video but still applies today. The two second version is that if a customer wants a pickle with his burger, don’t charge him for it and risk loosing the customer. Just give him the pickle!
Well, our experience at this Subway was just that, except the pickle was a cookie. We were at Walmart with our four year old grandson. It had been a long day of running around and wanted to get something to eat quickly. We decided to eat at the Subway inside this Walmart simply because it was there.
There was a young lady that took care of us at the counter, she was a bit uncertain of her job and appeared to be new, which is fine. My wife and I are very understanding about this type of thing. We ordered a children’s meal for our grandson which consisted of a mini-sub, milk, apple slices and a toy. After placing all of our orders, we noticed that our grandson was missing his apple slices. We asked the young lady about it. She checked the cooler and found none so she asked a man that was working the food line with her about where they might be. (We found out later that this man was a relative of the owner) The man snapped at the girl and told her to check a cooler below the counter. She evidently opened the wrong cooler and he again snapped at her telling her to check another. When she found no apple slices he told her to check the big cooler in the back. All of this to say she found no apples, but the mans attitude was important here.
My wife asked the girl if we could substitute a cookie for the apples. The girl took a cookie out of the rack for us at which time the man working with her told her to charge us for the cookie. My wife told the girl that if we were going to be charged for the cookie that we didn’t want it. The girl said that there was nothing she could do about it. Rather than not giving the boy a cookie, I just paid for it.
We live in the area and shop at that store a couple times per month. We just ordered three meals at this Subway and this man lost us as customers over a cookie that couldn’t have cost him more than 20 cents. I would think that if his attitude doesn’t improve, he may loose an employee soon as well.
