My first time at a jimmy johns ever my boyfriend took me there was like 6 people working it took over 20 minutes for them to make our sandwiches my boyfriends only request was no tomato. When they finally gave use our food there was tomato it was just ridiculous there was like one other person waiting for their food. Was just ridiculous all together. Too much hassle for mediocre food.

Only to arrive for pickup at 6pm and there's a sign on the door that "due to staffing shortages we are closing at 4pm today". Website and app said nothing about them being closed on a Saturday evening. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident but we've had a history of bad experiences here and asking corporate for a resolution goes nowhere. Lost a customer. Buyer beware.
