  Sat I. The drive through for 10 mins to get skipped over twice by the other drive through lane. Went inside and noticed EVERY table was dirty. Literally every one of them. The service was terrible and the food was disgusting. Avoid this location

  This McDonald's location is absolutely abysmal. Thinking to stop this morning for a bite to eat, we approached one of the kiosks. It was filthy. The kiosk was filthy. Grime was evident on the metal. After entering our order I attempted to pay, only then realizing there was no card reader. All that was present was the metal frame and its filth. Someone could not have placed a sign on the kiosk indicating it was out of order? There is that little regard and courtesy from this franchisee and their employees? I then noticed the next kiosk also was missing its payment device. A message on the kiosk display indicated we were to take our receipt to the counter. No receipt was provided. We could hear voices from beyond the counter, but no one bothered to step up to speak with us. We took our business elsewhere.

  Every time I come at night the fries seem like they have been sitting out under the warmer for hours. It's so frustrating. Tonight I was 1 of 2 cars in the drive thru. I waited close to 5 minutes to have someone come take my card to pay and get my food. I figured waiting that long i was getting hot fresh fries. Nope lukewarm and soggy. Its so disappointing since it's the closest McDonald's to my house. If I can avoid it I won't come here.
