  I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Dunkin’. At the drive-thru, I ordered a latte with half-and-half. If that’s not something this location offers, that’s completely fine. All the employee had to say was, “I’m sorry, we can’t make that.” Instead, the employee repeatedly told me that I was wrong and that “a latte with half-and-half does not exist at all.” She then asked, “Do you want espresso with milk or coffee with cream?” I explained that I usually order a latte with half-and-half at Starbucks because I was trying to describe the drink I wanted. She continued insisting that I was wrong, refused to serve me, and told me to “go away.” I then went inside the store simply to ask why I was being refused service, and she called the police. I have a video recording of the interaction. This review is not about whether Dunkin’ offers a latte with half-and-half. It’s about how a customer was treated. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, even when a request cannot be accommodated. Very disappointing experience.

  Friends, you really need to learn some basic manners when communicating with customers. Maybe once you do, your rating will no longer be dominated by one-star reviews.

  Went there for a coffee Monday morning at 6am, lights all off, door locked but window on door said open at 4am?

  The staff was super friendly! And the drinks were perfect! I would definitely stop out again.
