  I have never had such a poor experience a restaurant before when I went here at 5am and girl that was working was so rude I asked if they had something I saw that Dunkin was supposed to be handing out that my daughter wanted and she was very rude about it and argued with me telling me they didn’t have it and then I mentioned I saw it right by her counter and she continued to yell at me and to top it off the coffee always tasted burnt or old the food is always Burt i am done trying to give them chances I will not being going back the owner should really looking hire new staff I have seen multiple reviews about the same girl and same issues

  I would give negative if possible. The guy who made my chai latte with almond milk screwed up and assumed I wanted iced. He made it iced, and I politely said, "oh, I'm sorry...I wanted the chai hot." He rolled his eyes at me and literally snorted in derision and went to make it hot. When I got it back, it tasted like real milk, not almond (I am severely allergic to milk) and it had a bubble gum flavor to it, like he spat in it!! He was chewing gum, so I am guessing he did spit in it. Worst service EVER!

  LONG wait through the drive through. I had a breakfast sandwich, cheese,sausage and egg on a crusant (sorry don't know how to spell it). It was burnt, the sausage was way too thick, the cheese was strange, if it really is real cheese, and the egg I believe isn't a real egg. I won't go back.

  We were waiting in line for TWENTY MINUTES when there was only one car in front of us. The person who was in front of us had to get out of the car in rain to knock on the window of the drive through so that someone would come over to help. Beyond ridiculous. Not to mention the employees are rude.
