  The subs are descent, the service is speedy, and the location is ideal but no delivery just 6 miles away is a little ridiculous. The onions also ruined my italian sub.

  We were told we couldn't order anything on bread because they were "low on bread" and had too many online orders. Fine—but tell customers before they start ordering. The explanation was rude, confusing, and inconsistent since the people behind us were still served on bread. Poor planning and even worse customer service

  Ordered online from here and I got my order in an hour and a half when I said it was on its way 20 min after I ordered. I understand it gets busy but having a customer wait over an hour is just ridiculous. 🤷‍♀️

  Their credit card machine added an automatic 25% tip to my bill. We didn’t notice until after we paid and then when my sister ordered, it did the same thing. When we said something to the staff, they were able to correct it on her bill. It seemed fishy that it automatically added a tip without asking.

  They always forget my drink straw when i order drinks for delivery. Thry also do not add ice to my drinks when i order drinks for delivery. Food always taste great!
