    While the food is good, I detest the fact that I have to add $0 when I'm paying because the system wants to automatically add a tip. This is fast food. You are not seating me, you are not coming to the table to take my order, you are not bringing my food to the table, filling and refilling my drinks, nor checking to see how everything is.

    Jimmy John’s as a whole has gone down hill so far. More expensive and less food every time I go there. Probably my last time as a Jimmy Johns. Thanks for the memories.
