Place was nice and clean and customer service was great Fernando helped me out along and was very nice had accidentally charged me for queso which he said can get refunded or if I want just drink and I took the drink anyways great customer service thank us Fernando will be coming back

So I put in an order for 2...
Two bowls with a few things on the side and a couple half and half instructions.
There's nothing better than when you know you're being a Lil extra with the customizations and they NAIL IT!
Order was ready, was hot, and was without a single mistake. Very grateful for no mistakes at the end of a long Monday.

I have been to this location several times and not had issues. Today my mom placed an online order for pickup and when she arrived home she realized that our order was missing a side of chicken and chips, so she headed back to the store to get them. On her way to the store I called and told her that my quesadilla was made incorrectly and missing the fajita vegetables and I sent her a photo. When she got there, she spoke with the manager, who my mom said was not rude but also did not apologize for the inconvenience. She informed her of the issue and they gave her the side of chicken, the order of chips, and a side of fajita vegetables - but would not remake the quesadilla order, even though I sent a photo of the quesadilla with the order receipt in the photo. She was told they would not be able to refund or remake the order since she did not have the quesadilla with her. When she got home and told me, I brought the quesadilla into the store, asked for the manager, and requested a refund. I was then informed that they could not do a refund because the order was placed online and there was again - no apology from the manager. I called the customer help line, as the manager told me this was who I needed to contact, and the customer help line was reluctant to offer the refund. Instead, offering a BOGO and when I asked about the refund again I was told they could actually offer a free entree because of the inconvenience. I then asked to speak to a manager - the rep stated that they weren’t sure if I’d be able to get to a manager as the queue was long. The rep ended up stating that they could request a “one time courtesy approval” from a manger to have the item refunded and within two seconds of saying that they informed me that the request was approved for a refund.
If the manager could have remade the quesadilla when my mom went back to retrieve the missing items that would have resolved the issue. Instead, a third trip had to be made in order to get a remake and at that point I no longer wanted the food (I brought it with me to give back when I asked for the refund). And instead of the refund I was met with an unapologetic manager who actually could not help due to it being an online order. I simply want my order, that we paid for - to be made the way it was ordered - without begging for it to be made correctly or for a refund due to this frustrating situation. I am not trying to scam Chipotle out of $10 for a quesadilla.

Gave me zero rice on my bowl, I thought it was a joke… asked for a side of rice and said that’s all they have left. Mind you it’s 7 pm and busy. Waste of my money.
