The coffee was excellent but even higher in price than Starbucks! Waiting in your car in the rain doesn't really qualify as atmosphere! One of the girls took our order quickly but then we had to wait quite a while for the person in front of us to receive their order. They need to rethink the current plan!

Really disappointed in my experience today. I ordered a small iced chai with light ice and vanilla cold foam and seemingly got neither. My ice is nearly at the bottom of the cup, and it looks like I got no cold foam?? Really disappointed in the overall experience and paying extra for things I’m not receiving.
