The drive-thru took 20 minutes, seriously 20 min. to get 2 cups coffee. I assumed it would be very fast, since I think it specializes in drive thru? I turned the car off to save gas, rolled down the windows for fresh air to terrible music playing. I'm usually a patient person, but this place got me mad.

Leave a tip or not. That almost
forces you to leave them a tip, and it’s just intrusive. I also noticed when I choose not to leave a tip, like today, my order is always wrong. This is my go-to place for coffee. I really hope the manager or someone in charge fixes this immediately! STOP LOOKING AT THE TIP SCREEN! Thank you to those who turn the screen! I will always tip you just for that!
I’ve been Coming here since shortly after open, and the drinks are always wonderful! I typically get the same thing every time and the consistency has been amazing. The workers always have a positive attitude and the line typically moves quickly! 🥳

I have been coming here every single day since I moved, and it’s been amazing every time! My drink is always perfect! The staff is seriously incredible! So sweet, so welcoming, and always bringing the best energy. It honestly makes my day every time I stop by

Wow he said why are we waiting 30 minutes?
It was 2pm . Plenty of workers it seemed . Then I like my iced coffee so I asked please EASY Ice in both coffees! The girl reconfirmed how we wanted them. Then over 30 mins we get them shaking our heads , tons of ice & average coffee too. So before this post I sent corporate a email, no response a week later ! Except auto response
AI saying they will get back to me ! Guys go to Quick trip , they gave Brand new Gourmet Coffee plus Nitro coffee too. Plus you get in and out Quick ! Less than $2! And they are nice to you & tell you to have a great Day & a smile too!
I’m sorry but I was raised on good customer service.
