  Used to get pizza every Friday night. Now the phone is bounced to some off shore answering service that can’t speak English. We want to order a local special pizza but since the answering service can’t find it on their computer they can’t order it. We’re done with Pizza Hut.

  I used the mobile app to order delivery. I didn't realize it assumes carry out so proceeded with placing the order. About 15 minutes afterward I checked the status of the order and realized it was carry out. I call the store number to see if I could change it and spent 15-20 minutes of either being disconnected/hung up on or transferred to a never-ending slew of pizza hut ads and could never get in touch with someone to change the order. It's 2 stars simply because I finally found the chat agent who was very helpful in getting the order canceled/refunded. I will not order from this store again.

  I placed a large order over the phone, and Jannet was incredibly helpful! She was patient and kind, and she made the whole process easy. Really appreciated her great service.

  Pedí 4 órdenes de alitas y una de ellas estaba incompleta fui a devolverlas y me tuvieron poco más de media hora y no me resolvieron nada. La chica de la tarde siempre está con mala cara y ayer volví por 3 órdenes. Las pedí separadas y me las pusieron junta. Le pedí que me las separaran porque era para diferentes personas. Ella se portó grosera. Me puso mala cara. Se enojó y sólo me dio el contenedor para que yo la separara. No vuelvo a comprar en esa tienda jamás👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
