  We came in and asked a young lady if we seat ourselves or do we wait. We couldn't understand her and she was very short and honestly awkward. We were seated asked for drinks and we proceeded to sit for 20 mins before we left. We looked around and there was only two other tables. This was the second time we experienced long waits. Going to Freeport for pizza hut 20 mins away next time. Update - was called from pizza hut and had a very good conversation. Thanks Megan.

  I ordered a delivery over the phone the person who answered was rude not friendly just absolutely outright rude! after getting my order in she said ok it will be 15 minutes I said ok. after she asked if I will be leaving a tip I said no I will have cash she then said it will be 45 minutes how does that even work?!!! The pizza was delivered way past the given time also I don't recommend this place!!

  We went during a mid-day time frame and how nice and quiet the dining area was. The salad bar was amazing even though it was missing some long ago fare of hard boiled eggs and peas and shredded carrots it was still healthy and nice to see it was still being offered there, the salad bar. The food was fresh, and amazing.

  Showed up in person in order a pizza 12 hours in advance to be delivered at a certain time. Was told this was no issue. Next day when Pizza is 30 minutes late, I inquire as to what the issue is. They said delivery driver did not show up today and we had to use DoorDash. All of my employees got screwed out of lunch and Pizza Hut said too bad. As a local business owner I will never be using Pizza Hut again. Vinces, Bullets, Suisse Haus are all better options who care.

  The salad bar was the poorest I’ve ever seen! Only iceberg lettuce and it was brown, nearly every topping was empty or close to it, no French or Bleu cheese dressing (both pretty common), and no other salads of any type. Wrappers and crumbs all over on the floor, including a big chunk of food under our table - that got stuck to my shoe. Then in the bathroom, both stalls were out of toilet paper on the rolls, and what was left of the rolls sitting there were also both close to empty - showing me nobody had checked on the bathroom for hours, maybe all day! And the toilets have certainly not been cleaned recently either. I will say, the Badger pizza tasted great, but all the other factors were disappointing, if not gross. Carry-out or delivery in the future, if at all.
