  We had a great time at Top Golf. First time visiting Top Golf, the atmosphere was full of energy and excitement. We had fun driving the golfballs, but it was the generally fun vibe that made this place exceptional. We’ll be back.

  Only thing good about this place was leaving it, there was this one female manager with curly hair who was very rude and unkind to me and my family my food took 45 minutes to come out and we booked the bay for an hour so we had very little time to eat. 0/10 do NOT recommend

  It's nice but their sign-up process could use a lot of tweaking. To get the 1/2 off golf deal you have to sign up online at least 1 hr ahead. For 2 bays: 24 hrs ahead. We didn't know this at the time. Tried to call for help but no one answers the phone.The msg tells you to book on line. No option if a person. Strike 1. The place had plenty of bays. We explained the situation to the friendly front desk guy but he couldn't help. I complained to the server, also very friendly. He got me the info above from the manager and eventually gave me a credit of around $4. The tees are short, which makes it difficult to practice with your driver. Strike 2. When in the Practice mode, you can't indicate which club your using and save the data like at Pin Social. Strike 3. The thing that's better at Topgolf than at Pin Social is the box that gives you the balls. It's new and worked flawlessly. So, it's not all bad. The staff were helpful within their capabilities and it's a shiny new facility. That said, I won't be back. The company doesn't really provide the type of customer service which keeps me coming back. Pin Seekers and Vitense are perfectly good options in the Madison area.

  If you want Topgolf but better, go to vitense. Better food, better service, better prices, better setup, more bays, mini golf, and you aren't rushed by a timer. It's even local so you're supporting an amazing family owned local business! I was excited to go to topgolf but now I'm glad I won a gift card for it so I didn't have to spend money to go here.

  This was My first experience at a top golf and was expecting more. We didn’t get any food so I cannot speak about that. My server was nice and explained the rules concerning safety also. I really will never understand why a business will take your reservation online and if you show up early that the employees can’t override your time to allow play before your reservation time especially when there the place is more than half empty. So I was told to Wait in the empty bar until I get texts. Silly process. After a few minutes waiting the text system kicked in and asked me to respond once I arrive. 😂 ok. Bay ready. Silly system. My wife and I were issued a bay sandwiched inbetween two other bays that were being used despite the place being way empty. The bays with the huge table were not easy to get around either. The furniture was way too big for the space in the bay. After a few minutes of playing around with the computer and learning there was a money grab to input another golfer (which cost $6) We started playing a game. When it wasn’t my turn I sat at the table and had to swat bees away from our drinks and ourselves during the whole visit. Not cool. Very annoying. These bees weren’t just at our table either. They were in every bay for as far as I could see. Surely a company recognizes this is not pleasant for a guest, right? A bunch of little things also contributed to my unexcited visit like the ball drop not being in the middle of the tee mat. Every time a new ball was wanted you had to divert the ball onto the tee mat or it would roll towards the seating area. Silly and really easy to set up better than it is. The screens were not easy to see with the sun beating down on them either. I hope for all of you that live in Madison that this facility improves but I won’t be back to this one only because I was in. The middle of a long drive home. I’ll try a top golf again but will read the reviews at that one first. 😉
