  I had such a great experience at the Taco Bell on E Broadway in Monona and really wanted to share. I went through the drive-thru, but my app wasn’t working, and I couldn’t come inside because my baby was sleeping in the car. Even though it probably slowed things down and affected their drive-thru times (which I feel so bad about!), the staff were incredibly patient and kind while helping me figure everything out. They really went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, and I truly appreciated it more than they probably know. Moments like that make a big difference, especially on a stressful day. I don’t know if they’ll ever see this, but thank you so much to everyone working—you were all amazing, and I’m so grateful for your help!

  Honestly the best taco bell I've been to. Super clean, food was fresh and delicious and the staff was so nice. I wish this was my closest location! Stopped here after a concert and it hit the spot!

  I did a mobile order and got there and said they weren’t ready. Waited about 2hours there and still weren’t ready so I left. Very upset because i can’t get a refund thru the app

  Very clean lobby; I ordered supreme nachos bell grande and a soft shell taco for a little less than $10. Friendly staff and if you get the munchies, Taco Bell has surprisingly good food.
