    I usually order JJ about 2 times per week, as it's right down the road from my work. I'm very disappointed that I placed my order at 10:41 this morning, and I still don't have it at 12pm. I got a notification that my order was being assigned to an Uber eats driver, but it still has YET to be picked up. I'm a very loyal customer, and I get that places get busy, but this is kind of ridiculous! I can't say that I will be ordering JJ's as often anymore due to this.

    Way too busy and hard for staff to keep up with demand. I felt bad for staff here who were clearly super swamped. Took over an hour from the time I ordered to get my food and when I did my items were handed to me with no bag and a brief instruction about grabbing my beverage from another part of the store.

    Absolute incompetence. Created my order at 10:30am for delivery at noon. By 12:20pm, no delivery or contact from the store. I called and was informed my order hadn't even been made yet. I requested to cancel the order and be refunded the cost. I received a message at 1pm that my order was on the way, despite my request to cancel. Adding insult to injury, the order shows up incomplete.

    Trash bag filled with garbage on the floor unattended. Workers were making weird and immature noises that I guess they thought were funny.

    I USED to LOVE Jimmy John’s because of how speedy they were with deliveries and the accuracy of the orders. Now, this Jimmy John’s outsources their deliveries to “door dash” which often makes deliveries take OVER AN HOUR for a place that’s literally 5 min drive from our house. Not only that, but if there’s a missing item or any issue, the outsourced driver just says “you have to take it up with Jimmy John’s”. The last (and I mean last) few times we ordered, it took over an hour to get our food and orders were incorrect one or another. Ex: no bacon on a sub that was supposed to come with bacon or sandwiches not cut even though we requested. We’re just over them at this point and only 3-4 years ago I was ordering from them them at least weekly.
