  The past 2 times I’ve ordered a pickup, something in my meal has been missing. Today I ordered a meal for pick up and the bottled soda was in the bag but the bag of chips was missing. I have someone go pick it up for me so I can’t check it before they leave the store with it. Last time my drink was missing.

  One of the worst JJs I've ever seen. They love to randomly cancel your order for no reason, then despite you ordering almost 2 hours in advance of when you need it, it STILL arrives 20+ minutes late. Not to mention one of their drivers consistently guilty people about tipping. Multiple times he has delivered to our place of business and said he'll "wait for the person to come get it from the front desk so they can give him a better tip." You're better off going with literally any other sub place.

  Places an order for curbside pickup at 12:50 arrived at 1 checked in and waited for 20 minutes and didn’t get my single sandwich that I ordered. When I went inside it was places on the online order rack for who knows how long after I had already been there. I would’ve went inside and grabbed my sandwich if I knew it was done but seeing as I ordered curbside I thought I was waiting for it to be prepared. Won’t be coming here for lunch anymore after this waste of my lunch break.

  I highly recommend this store for their above and beyond employees! I DoorDash full time and don’t get much time to eat in between offers. I took a little break to grab a sandwich, but as I parked in the lot I heard a blaring alarm and flashing lights. The alarm for the whole complex went off and everyone was outside in the pouring rain. An employee I believe his name was kevin(maybe Jimmy or Jonas, my brain glitched out) he saw my DoorDash bags in the back and asked if I had an order. I told him I had one for me and he offered to go back inside to make it before he went home. An absolute legend and gentleman! I don’t do reviews often, but service like that needs to be appreciated and I hope yall as a company see how hard of a worker he is! Thanks again and great sandwich!
