- BCBryan C3 days ago2.0Poor experience Was looking forward to having a #4 little John but I guess it was my unlucky day on 10/10/26. I visited another Jimmy John’s location 3 hours prior to coming to this location on Monona Drive since that location was closed early. I got to the restaurant and found the place not very clean from the seating to the restrooms. I got to the ordering counter at 8:45pm 15 minutes before closing time and they told me they were out of little John bread all day I wonder why if they were out of stock or never made bread at all. The worker did apologize and said he would give me a chip or drink on behalf of him but I denied at the time I was not interested in a drink or chip. Will most likely won’t visit this location again.

To start, my food was delicious, so I have no complaints about the quality of the food itself. I ordered two toasted sandwiches and received only one toasted. That was not a big deal at all—mistakes happen. I simply went up and asked if they could toast the other sandwich for me. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, the employees began arguing with each other about who was at fault. They started raising their voice, cussing at each other, and making comments like “back up” and “don’t stand near me.” It was incredibly uncomfortable and honestly embarrassing to witness as a customer. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way the employees handled the situation was completely unprofessional and very disappointing.
