  The staff is way too high. And needs to be fired. Every time I have gone here for the past month my order has been wrong.

  Just recieved cold cinnamon bites. Told the guy while i was still in the drive thru that they needed to be cooked or deep fried longer. He said, give it a bit to melt… Like what bro? I just paid for these and they’re typically scalding hot, not cold or room temp! I would like a swift call or response from management about this service otherwise im taking my dashcam footage to corporate! UPDATE : spoke to the MANAGER who i have on camera saying “putting it back in the fryer really wont do anything” Like what dude?! Ive been cooking for ten years with fryers. Sometimes the items need redroped! How are you a manager? Then i say, fine im showing corporate this tape and he IMMEDIATELY OFFERS TO FIX THE ISSUE! Why do i have to threaten to show the world your stupidity to get you to cook these for an extra few seconds? Theyre ice cold in the center! ICE!!
