- ATAlbert ThomasSep 14, 20264.0It was the first NFL game of the year, I had an online order and they were backed up. I was told 15 minutes before my food was ready. Disappointing, but the food came out in 7 minutes, and once home, it was done to perfection and had all components of the order. Credit where credit is due, great staff attitude and delivery in a frustrating situation, and I trust they'll be ready next week.

My order was delivered WRONG, and when I called the store to complain and try to get the issue resolved, the employees were rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. What makes absolutely no sense is that I was told to BRING THE WRONG ORDER BACK to the store. If I wanted to drive to Wingstop, I would have simply picked my food up myself. The entire point of paying for DELIVERY is because I do not have transportation and need my food brought to me. Expecting me to somehow return an incorrect order defeats the entire purpose of delivery. On top of that, I was told I was “popped” for calling to complain. Excuse me? I paid for my food and received the wrong order. I have every right to contact the store when MY order is incorrect. Instead of apologizing and fixing the problem, I was met with an attitude and disrespect. Mistakes happen, but the way you handle those mistakes says everything about your business. I should not have to argue with employees or be disrespected because I expect to receive what I PAID FOR. This experience was completely unacceptable, and management needs to address both the incorrect order and the way customers are being treated at this location.

Employees will leave you on hold for 15+ minutes at non busy times. This place needs to really get their customer service stuff in order and learn how to put everything in the bag.
