Sean and his team made our visit with family memorable and we are looking forward to the Packer bus this fall. The restaurant's manager was on point introducing himself to the patrons. Excellent food and cool games for the kids. Definitely a family place while keeping it on the adult page at the bar. The tavern burger and fries are a must try.
Who’s on Layton is an awesome neighborhood spot and one of my favorite places in the Milwaukee area to grab some food, drinks, and watch a game. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, the staff is friendly, and there are plenty of TVs, so there really isn’t a bad seat when a big game is on.
The food is excellent and definitely a step above typical bar food. The grilled wings are fantastic, the burgers are loaded with flavor, and you can’t go wrong with the Wisconsin cheese curds. They also have a great Friday fish fry and a surprisingly big menu with plenty of options if you’re coming with a group.
I also really like the overall setup of the place. It has a comfortable neighborhood-bar feel while still being clean, modern, and spacious. It’s a great place for lunch or dinner, watching a Packers or Brewers game, meeting friends for drinks, or just stopping in for a casual meal.
Great food, cold drinks, friendly service, and a fun Milwaukee atmosphere. Who’s on Layton is definitely worth checking out. I’ll be back and highly recommend it!
I'm in Milwaukee for business and this place was a short walk from the hotel. The building is is pretty nice with outdoor seating, typical restaurant style and the bar side. Music and some cool lighting complete the ambience. Staff was friendly and gave me some recommendations. I decided to go with a smash burger with sweet potato fries and some house made Who Sauce. The smash burger had really caramelized edges, grilled onions and a fair amount of pickles. Delicious burger for sure. But those sweet potato fries, oh my. Salted with a hint of cinnamon and the sauce is a marshmallow based so. Man, it hits savory, salty, and sweet. Highly recommend.

Went in for happy hour and was charged full price for my beers, online said they were doing a wing deal that started at 5pm I ordered wings and was charged full price. 10/10 would not recommend overpriced food and drinks better off at Culver's
This place has very good sandwiches, handhelds and burgers. The service at the bar or the inside seating area is very good. The outside seating area was slow and slow to return to the table to see if we wanted another drink or just to see how things were going. It wasn't busy. Looks like a good place to go before a game as they have shuttle service.
