I want to show my appreciation two employees I had encountered today Art, And Lay, I bought Taco Bell at a location Appleton and 76th street the white lady that work there is really nice and cool, she wasn’t there today I was assisted by a man with a fro you have a lady with a short haircut on 9/8/26 at about noon, they both was rude towards me, But ordered A $9.00 box and a grilled steak burrito, the forgot to give me my drink and my food was not right, They was no nasty towards me I was afraid to eat the food it was right anyway, I drove all the way to 60th and national he said they couldn’t make it over I thought all Taco Bell’s were the same, I then drove to 56th and North where I was helped by both Art and Lay, what they both didn’t know was this morning I had got news that wasn’t so great and neither did all the other stores, It doesn’t pay to be rude to people because you don’t know how someone day is going when I left the first Taco Bell my heart was very heavy I cried in my SUV, I thank Art and Lay for remaking my order and leaving me with those nice compassionate and comforting words, not only did I see them going over and beyond to help other guest but they were kind and pleasant to everyone genuinely and authentically with everyone that came through the door, and smiled the whole way through, thank you both Art and Lay, I hope you both get a raise or move up because the community need more people like you in it.
