  Ordered 2 items. Both items received are not what I ordered. The person at the drive thru window confirmed my name & I still received the wrong food.

  The guy with the long hair that works here is TERRIBLE. For the manager reading this, Sunday 4/29 and 9:30am - Placed an order for pickup and came inside to go to the bathroom. As he saw me walking toward the locked bathroom he rudely said “good luck with that, you need a key”. So, I politely asked for a key and mentioned the pick up order as I assumed he was treating me as if I wasn’t a paying customer. Even after the mention of the food order, he was extremely condescending “I’ll stop making your food to help you” proceeded to follow me to the restroom instead of giving me the key and then after he unlocked the door to the bathroom said “I’ll go back to making your food now if that’s okay with you” in the rudest tone…. He needs to be fired! Immediately.

  I went through drive-through and I was not done with my order and the lady told me I could not change my order because they was in the process making it but how is that when I wasn’t even done ordering and they did not have a subtotal and she did not allow me to change my order. Make this make sense. I was very highly mad. I had to leave before I said something you cannot make your customers take what they don’t want if they’re in the process of making their order and until they are done, the order should never go through this place has no respect for their customers. None of them people should be working there. They should get professional people that know how to talk to people and know how to run the place. If you do not understand you cannot put what a customer does not want on them and their order was still in process and until you get the subtotal, you have no right to make customers take what they don’t want. The owner needs to look into them and I’m trying to find the phone number to get a hold of them. !!!!!!!!!

  Not a single item I ordered was correct. And had missing items. Tried to call the store no one answered yet google says they are open. Just got home 40 minutes away and won’t be driving back down for meal replacement even if offered.

  I ordered my food. Paid for my food. Then I was told they have no mild sauce.. What is it with Taco bells not ordering enough mild sauce. This has happened numerous times. Next time they don't have mild sauce, I will hand them the food back and get my money back
