  As a fellow service industry worker, I can say I was delighted to have Lisa as my spring roll master! She was bubbly, friendly, and honestly a really great interaction at the end of a very stressful weekend. My last trip here wasn't bad, but there are ok interactions, and then there are interactions that restore a dwindling faith in humanity after a hard day and that was Lisa. Thank you for the delicious, fresh food, and bright boost to the soul :)

  Food is great! However, the service is insane. I ordered online and arrived when they said the food would be ready, only to find out when I asked about my order that it hadn’t even been started and they wouldn’t be able to even START on my order for another 20min. I get being understaffed so I don’t blame the employee but management needs to fix this. There were four other people waiting for their online orders. I asked them to cancel and they couldn’t so I then had to sit there and wait. This is not the first time I’ve had an insane wait either, they’ve been open long enough this shouldn’t be a problem. Give employees the ability to close off online orders if they are swamped! You’re ruining the experience and making people dislike a restaurant that could be good!

  Got a noodle bowl which imo is overpriced compared to other places but I thought I’d give it a try. Paid an upcharge for the shaking beef and when I got the bowl delivered it literally looked like someone’s leftovers, skimpy pieces of meat for a $20 bowl is ridiculous.
