  I haven’t been to this location in a long time but it used to be one of the best Qdoba. But this morning I went there first customer older Latino lady serving. The food had no seasoning chicken has no taste lettuce was already brown barley got any food I hate to see what a mini bowl looks like definitely won’t visit this one again total waste of money.

  I eat here all the time for lunch. I eat here so often that I dont have to order because they already know what I want. I have the exact same thing every time. The service is usually great but today, a lady claiming to be the general manager, gave me a hard time because she wanted to charge me twice as much as I usually pay for my food. When I told her that's not what I usually pay she asked me what I ordered as if she didn't know. How can you charge someone for something if you don't know what it is. She even told me that it wasn't true that I eat there all the time because she didn't recognize me, although she is never at the counter when I go there. I will be finding somewhere else to have lunch from now on. I guess she never heard that the customer is always right!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Qdoba on Saturday evening 4/18/2026 at W. Layton Ave location. While ordering at the counter, a male employee (short, appeared to be Hispanic and in his 50s) was extremely rude and spoke to my fiancée in a loud, aggressive tone. There was already difficulty understanding him due to his mask and communication issues, but instead of being patient or professional, he repeatedly shouted “mild or spicy?” at her while she was clearly ordering the three-cheese queso listed on the menu. My fiancée remained polite the entire time, but his behavior only became more hostile and unnecessary. Even his own coworkers looked uncomfortable, and one had to step in to explain the order to him. This is not the first time we’ve encountered this same employee acting unprofessionally, which makes it even more concerning. At that point, we decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere rather than continue dealing with that kind of treatment. Customer service matters, and no one should be spoken to that way when simply trying to place an order. Management seriously needs to address the behavior of front counter staff at this location, as it reflects poorly on the entire business. Until improvements are made, we will not be returning.

  Un manager que trabaja en esa empresa en agradecimiento me regalo 2 gift card de QDOBA y al llegar desconocia la mecanica de ordenar algo de entrada escoji un burrito 🌯 pero la que me atendio me lo hizo de mala gana asi que nunca mas yo he trabajado mas de 25 years al servicio al clie te y tener la empatia hasta los clientes te dan tips. pero veo que le falta mucho.
