- JWJames WarrackMay 9, 20261.0Javien started my order today with a “hold on” and then minutes later “go ahead” no greeting. After that I asked for more protein and there was a miscommunication on if I wanted full or double protein. After we argued, I walked further down to the register to continue my order and Javien stepped in again and started another argument after I asked him several times to end the interaction. He continued shouting from afar about how he didn’t like my attitude. Then questioned other employees about my conversations with them as I dined in. I didn’t feel safe so I didn’t finish my meal and left in a hurry.

Couple times I’ve gone in person they were missing fajita vegetables, jalapeño and/or onions, but more importantly; several times I order online whether through the qdoba app or under eats/door dash, several ingredients will be missing and they basically just hope I don’t notice or say anything. This can range from a minor inconvenience to ruining the entire entree.
